Perfection!! I selected this hotel due to it being connected to the Mall of America. The free shuttle to/from the airport was a welcomed surprise. The hotel is amazing!! It’s beautiful, clean, & safe. The service from all staff members is top notch. The room was serviced each day, and they truly did an amazing job with all of the little touches. There is an indoor, heated pool, spa, gym, and restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Solo traveler enjoyed family-friendly hotel As a solo traveler on this trip I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this kid and family-friendly hotel with a bridge to the Mall of America. Like other reviewers, I appreciated how quiet the rooms were. I also appreciated being asked whether or not I wanted my room to be serviced each day. I opted out and, in addition to earning Choice rewards points, was happy that when I did ask the front desk for extra water to be delivered, it came promptly. My biggest surprise was to find three Peloton bikes in the gym so I was able to keep up my exercise. The families who were there around me seemed very happy with their experiences.

Uncaring and Unsafe Hotel This hotel has serious safety issues. I was stuck in elevator on 11 floor three times. Each time the front desk only says that engineering is working on the matter. However this was of no concern to them but scary to me and my daughter. Another person at hotel was stuck for over one hour. They could have said they are sorry but uncaring response. The shower is odd and unsafe. There is clear glass for half of shower. The back if completely open. The issue the floor can get slippery and no grab bar to prevent possibly falling thru glass. I found out one morning in lobby area about 6:30 AM that you get run around if asking for bathroom. My daughter was still sleeping so I went to front desk to ask about bathroom. They told me to go restaurant. I went there and was to told to go to another place that I never found. This is another case of not caring about the customer who is staying in their hotel.

Wonderful Customer Service We had an unexpected layover here after we missed a connecting flight through MSP. Charlie at the front desk went above and beyond and made an unfortunate situation enjoyable through the kindness she showed to my entire family. She played with my daughters and gave them stuffed animals and then personally oversaw that a crib was brought up right away so we could put our toddler to sleep promptly. Beyond the excellent customer service we received, the hotel was clean and the location was amazing to be able to just walk right into the Mall of America. If we ever miss another connecting flight again, we will definitely stay here again!
