Enjoyable first time visit Although the hotel was busy during the weekend with family's and children I found the stay very enjoyable and still quite. The hotel staff were very polite helpful and friendly and I'd be glad to stay again and recommend to friends and family

Good place for children ! We spent Friday night at the Radisson, on a package deal for the waterpark. We were allowed early check in, even though the park didn't open until 4pm, this was a big bonus with 4 children ! The desk staff were extremely pleasant and check in was a breeze. Would definitely do this again !

Horrible experience. At check in, found out the water park and hotel was closing. The employees were upset, inventory in the bar and grill was minimal to say the least. Couldn't have a hamburger, pizza. The rooms were dirty, no cups, shampoo, remote for tv was broken. The DQ in the water park of all things had no ice cream. We chose this place for our children, I would have been money ahead by giving them the $564 I paid for 2 nights. Never again.

Underwhelmed/treated rudely Terrible front-desk customer service/slooooow check-in (waited 25 minutes in a ridiculously long line), complacent lifeguards, terrible parking..great dinner(food) at the grille, slow service, slowly staggered meal delivery. Very nice rooms.

Family Outing to the water park This place is showing it age. Room where clean, but old and outdated furniture. The water is fun , be have a hard time keeping everything working. Good new on the water park , is it close now for a total rebuild.
