Bluffton Inn and Suites

Nice hotel Great manager who really understands the meaning of hospitality. Nice variety of breakfast items that were fresh and plentiful. We had a handicap accessible kitchenette room that worked well for mom. The only complaint is the lack of shelving in the bathroom to be able to place personal care products on. This proved to very annoying and inconvienent.

A Plus rating for us in all areas. The handicapped room was easy to use, room was sparkling clean, easy parking, usual breakfast, little noise if not by elevator, and if member, a late check-out. Mainly, we were impressed w the staff. very pleasant. The manager was helpful and willing to do anything that was needed. He was unusually kind and cooperative and was not so above his staff to help with the breakfast and dishes. He was one of a kind, for sure. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. decent prices. chan restaurants all in area.

A few Days in Bluffton, Ohio Don't be fooled....i don't know why the reviews i read are so high on this hotel. "The smell is good".........whaaat? No its not. These carpets in the halls and in the room need serious shampooing! it smells like a bar carpet.....i thought people were smoking here....or its moldy........maybe both i don't know. "COME ON, MAN"...this is a comfort inn. i stayed in one in Tampa a couple of weeks ago and its nice!!! This hotel needs some serious updates. Old faucets, no USB ports, weak shower pressure. A little bit of love could bring this hotel back but. Our room wasn't even made up yesterday! (no biggie..but still). Good side......... nice TV (channel guide hard to understand) and really comfy bed and pillows. they got that right. Bathroom light/fan sounds like a loud vacuum cleaner. sink faucet nozzle is almost nest to the edge of the sink so you have to push your hands to the back of the sink to get the water on your hands........... so that's it........totally not excellent. we are in the room right now and this shouldn't cost more than 50 bucks.

CHARGE 250$ FOR NOTHING!! To make a quick buck!! Lien we wouldn’t say anything!! Keep deleting my google reviews, I paid 100$ for the room they charged my card for 250$ smoking fee We would never smoke in a room we’d go to our cars if anything!!! We have our kids!! That’s not ok I will sue them if they give us any issues! Yeah well just be ok losing 350 total being knuckleheads smoking with our kids! That’s ok I’m leaving a review everywhere that’s not ok to do that to people we leave our rooms so they don’t have to clean them up after messy people we don’t do that! We’re on our way to Florida we wouldn’t be ok with that!

A friendly place in a friendly town! When we go back to Ohio to visit family and friends we always stay at the Comfort Inn in Bluffton. We like the accomodations, people and location. What really impressed us this time was the wonderful breakfast that was provided and served and prepared by Linda! It was outstanding! we have had many places advertising breakfasts that never meet expectations but this place did! great job Linda, you're awesome!
