Awful hotel, avoid The room was pretty beat up. The air-conditioning stopped working and it took over an hour to get it fixed. The second day the AC again stopped working. The text contact wanted me to wait from 6pm Saturday until 5pm Sunday before they would fix it. The only bright spot was Grace at the front desk moved me to another room. Note that this room had a light and fan that didn't work. The contact phone number never called me back. It's impossible to reach a person. Lucky for me Grace was at the front desk. All in all this is a 1 or 2 star place. There are a number of hotels in the area that are much better.

Don’t waste your money Worst place ever. Poor customer service. Had to walk around back to find the temporary service desk. Under construction which had me breathing in toxic tar fumes for two days. Rooms have to bug sprayed 1-2 time a week. Still looking to get my $

A very good 2 week stay. My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. We stayed in the main building in a room with a kitchenette, king bed and sofa. The room was spotless and well equipped when we arrived. The balcony overlooked the street, but had ample space and a table/chairs that we used daily for meals. We used the pool and hot tub many times and the area was always clean and well kept. Laundry facilities were very good. There were landscapers on the grounds for most of the first week and they did an amazing job with the trees and the gardens. Painters were there the second week giving a fresh coat of paint to the outside. The Tiki bar was open most days at about 3pm and the restaurant was open daily, however, we did not patronize either. As far as the style of hotel, it is probably most like an AirB&B, no daily cleaning, take out your own garbage and have to ask for additional supplies...however, we had no problem. Only real concern was that elevator was extremely slow when we arrived and by the time we left it was out of order and we needed to use the employee elevator. It is certainly good value for the money.

Awful and loud One of my worst hotel stays ever. It’s so noisy I cannot sleep, there’s a concert right outside my door that I don’t have any interest in participating in. They are retaring the roof and there’s a big tar machine in the parking lot that reeks. I’m here for work and can’t remotely sleep. I can’t believe I paid $500 for three nights here! And they want me to empty my own trash etc? What? The door code thing is a pain, the bed is uncomfortable. Even the tp is the absolute lowest quality. The drapes don’t meet the wall so the room is lit up like Christmas. It’s is not a hotel. The lobby is closed. The restaurant is closed. Ugh. It’s awful.

Hotel Horror Of the three rooms we had, our son’s room had a resident who (unbeknownst to the manager) hadn’t moved out. There was a condom machine just outside our daughter’s room. When I sat on the bed in my room, the bed behaved like a see-saw. All the rooms smelled like roach spray. We had to leave and demand a refund.
