Not what it should be. The handicapped room we ordered did not have bars by the toilet, nor was it a higher handicapped toilet. The was one bar by the tub, so the called it a handicapped bathroom. Our room ran out of hot water in the morning twice during our three night stay. It may have been more often but we were not using it. One of two elevators was out of service during the 4 days we were there. When I made my reservation on Sonesta’s website they quoted a price for each night and it was the same for each night. Upon reviewing my bill which they said they would only email to me I noted the quoted price was only used on the 1st night. The second night was higher than the quoted price. Seems like bait and switch which is often illegal and always unethical. This hotels which calls itself Sonesta said the do not honor Sonesta’s reward program, so they charged for the “complimentary” breakfast which was very limited.

Good value I came here for a family function ( and some me time). I had stayed at Sonesta one time in the past. The person at checkout out was friendly and helpful. The room is nice. There is a refrigerator ( hidden in dresser). There is a small coffee maker. The bed is comfortable. The TV is big. There is only housekeeping weekly. I doubt many people stay at the hotel for that long. Some of the housekeepers seemed upset but I don't know why. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The tub works good. The shower has minimal water pressure. I thought maybe I could adjust it but I couldn't. It's hard if you have thick or long hair. The hotel is quiet. There are a bunch of restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Not many tourist attractions nearby.

Pleasant stay Despite all the negative reviews, I found the hotel clean, Lobby was nice.room was large and clean, plenty of hot water, quiet air conditioning. Bathroom was clean with no issues. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. The only complain was getting breakfast was slow with only one person working. But prices were reasonable for what they served Many great restaurants within walking distance or very short drive

Dated Unfriendly Property, Avoid it. There are Much Better Alternatives Nearby This property is old and dated, front desk staff not pleasant at all and there is no place to eat even though they list one. The café in the lobby is closed most of the time and breakfast options are highly limited and overly priced, not to mention the service simply rude. Bottom line, my recommendation based on experience is to stay away from this property.

poorly received I never thought I would be so poorly received on the day before Thanksgiving. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the receptionist Molly. She told us there was no reservation under our name. After showing her the booking reservation, she found it. Following that misunderstanding, she claimed the reservation wasn’t paid. We made the payment, which was later refunded the next day as it was already processed. We were tired coming back from the city of Orlando. Our baby started crying while we attempted to check in. At that moment, another receptionist named Teia told us to silence the baby. To our unfortunate surprise, Molly handled the breakfast service, continuing with poor service. Until now, we don’t understand if this is the hotel’s standard of service or if they don’t like Brazilians.
