Extended Stay America Suites Boca Raton Commerce

Run! Do NOT book this hotel!!! The is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are stains on the carpet and walls, the bathroom flooring is literally detached and rolling up at the walls. It says "fully equipped" kitchen but there is NOTHING. It says rooms are supplied with kitchen and cooking utensils. Nope. Nothing. The recliner is broken and won't recline. The refrigerator is very run down. There is trash all over. People literally throw their trash bags wherever - in the stairwells, in the bushes. I haven't seen any 'grab and go' breakfast. The room phone does NOT work so forget about calling the front desk. The internet which they say on the webpage is "free, faster Wi-FI" doesn't work. I had to pay $39.99 for 'enhanced' internet just to get online. I also bought disposable utensils, plates, bowls, and cups because there was NOTHING in the unit, I couldn't call the front desk (phone broken), and I was too exhausted to walk to the front desk. I'd been traveling for close to 24 hours because of the Hurricane Sandy travel problems. I was exhausted and just wanted a nice place to relax. I have a view of the stairwell which people throw trash in. It's just awful here. It makes me feel like crying. Also, there is no plug for the bathtub AND the most disgusting thing is that there is tons of human hair embedded around the drain. Like really? It makes me want to vomit. Totally disgusting. Also, there are cigarettes tossed all over the hallways and stairwells. Mold in the fridge. Just disgusting. Extended Stay should be ashamed.

Deplorable conditions I needed to stay due to no housing at FAU so I thought this would be a wonderful place to stay. My grandmother registered for me before I got there. Well I got there late at night and I couldn’t believe what I saw. The room they assigned me was in deplorable conditions. I have stayed in many places but I couldn’t stay here. I ended up sleeping in my truck. My grandmother tried calling the front desk but no one answered.

warm and friendly staff this is my second time staying at this location. I've been very pleased with the staff and the management team. everything from check in to needing personal items they have been wonderful every step of the way. wonderful stay and will always choose this location for any of my over night stays here in Florida.. if you need a play to stay for a night or long term check this location and the wonderful staff will make your stay welcoming.

Overall Comfortable and Great I was displaced from my permanent residence and the staff made me so comfortable. From the staff down to other guests that have been there for some time. It really does feel like a home away from. The motto is "Come & stay awhile" and I have had to do just that.

Nice, clean and safe place to stay I love the staff!! they have been very helpful and very knowledgeable . They are very professional and accomodating. I would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable and love the full size refrigerator!! thanks to all the staff, they made my stay!!
