Outdated mess! From the moment we checked into the hotel our stay was a disaster. When we arrived in our room it was 85 degrees and stunk of mold. The furniture and blankets were moist and felt unclean to the touch. House keeping came in and deodorized the room which just masked the smell. We then had spiders in the bathroom and our daughter’s bed. Our room was outdated, the pull out mattress had mold on it and the carpet you would not want to walk on without shoes. On the final night the police were called into the lobby because various groups were hanging out. Not being loud or disruptive and the management didn’t even have the common courtesy to come talk to us themselves. They went immediately to the police. I then sent a text message detailing my displeasure with the property and the staff. One hour later the sheriff woke us up with Thomas the night manager to kick me and my family out of the hotel. The text messages are all on the hotels message system and if need be I have saved them and would be happy to forward them. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on that property with that staff.

Disgusting hotel in Boca Raton! This hotel is in deplorable condition and shape. The rooms are disgustingly dirty and smelly. The furnishings are so old and the paint is chipped and totally worn. The furniture wood on the bedroom armoire is missing at the bottom of the unit. The walls are stained and dirty too. For almost $300 a night it is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. The A/C vent in the room is black! Gross! The manager stated that they will be starting renovations next month but that doesn’t do anything for me! This is Boca Raton not some trashy area! Why haven’t they cared for this hotel all along????

Nice stay! Just returned from a seven night stay with the family and we were quite pleased with our stay. Yes the rooms are dated but our lake view room was appropriately maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Daily housekeeping was great. Breakfast staff and selection was excellent. All requests from front desk were quickly and pleasantly fulfilled. Would definitely consider returning if I were in the area again.

Interesting hotel that works. This hotel feels sort of like an Embassy Suites, but is branded as a Hilton Suites. There is an interior courtyard setup and rooms including a living room area and bedroom. This setup isn’t my favorite, as I personally opt to keep living room curtains closed as they look to the hall, making room a little dark. The rooms are clean, but outdated. Hopefully they do a refresh soon as it is needed. Staff are friendly and free breakfast with made to order options is great. The staff in the breakfast area were awesome and highlight.

Dirty and in need of renovation. This is the filthiest dump I have ever seen. The rooms are disgusting and smell like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Dirt, dust, peeling paint. If I hadn’t booked with Priceline I would have cancelled before checking in. Stay somewhere else. This is a $59 dollar no tell motel.
