Roach hotel I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. I should be allowed to give no stars and still write a review. We saw 3 roaches before we even put down our bags. One dead and two crawling up the wall in our room. When I pointed it out to the staff, she didn't think it was a big deal. The gentleman at the front desk was no more concerned. He told me "you are in Florida" as if to say having roaches in ones hotel is the norm in Florida. As a New Yorker, that comment was appalling. Anyway, we left that hotel immediately and went to the Hyatt. What a difference!

Another comfortable, relaxing stay! This is now our “go-to” hotel in Boca. Very nice, cool, clean room. Convenient to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. But most importantly and impressive is the staff. Front desk-Gigi and Janelle very helpful with questions, directions. Housekeeping brought a request promptly. Restaurant and pool service from Yvette, Greg and Tony-excellent.

Rooms are ok, the rest of the place is gross The pool area is absolutely disgusting: nearly everything is broken and the whole area is filthy. The rest of the hotel is need of an update though the room itself was pretty ok. Staff is inattentive and indifferent. The vending machine malfunctioned while I was making a purchase: the first staff member I asked about it told me they had nothing to do with the vending machines and to call the number on the machine, the second staff member took my room number and promised to arrange a refund for me, a third tried and retrieved a diet pepsi for me from somewhere in the back but the warm can wasn't going to be a good replacement for the cold bottle I had planned to enjoy while in the car. Easy solution: sell cold drinks at the front desk. I really can't say enough about how disappointing the pool area is. The property does not live up to brand standards whatsoever. The last Renaissance I stayed at was the Paris Arc de Triomphe Hotel. It was like total culture shock coming from that luxury property to this dump, there's no way that these two hotels should be under the same brand, the Boca Raton property is more reminiscent of a $35/night roadside budget motel than a Renaissance.

Renaissance Boca Raton Renaissance Boca Raton is a magnificent property, you have excellent staff, covid procedures, overlooking Town Center Mall. I used Day pass $25. day Adult. I get free, self parking, pool, hot tub, bottled water. I get 10 % discount off food & drink @ bar & Oasis Cafe, next stop breakfast.

Clean, comfortable with good breakfast Stayed for 3 nights in Boca. Great choice, quiet, clean, comfortable, excellent friendly service, good location. Very good breakfast much better than Hyatt or Marriott in downtown. Superb price/quality ratio. Highly recommend Alex.
