Awesome place to stay - right along the river. Two thumbs up on service and amenities. Everything is great with this hotel from the breakfast buffet to the pools, and Riverside bar. It has everything you need for family, business, or couples. We stay here every time we visit Boise. Service and amenities are excellent. It is close to downtown. You can't go wrong with this hotel. The entertainment in the Sapphire room is also great.

5 Star!! Morgan helped us get all checked in and was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and had an amazing balcony facing the greenbelt. The live music was nice. The restaurants/breakfast was great. The indoor pool and sauna were super clean and the water was warm! I can't recommend this place enough! And Morgan is the absolute best!!

Bring your walking shoes! The room was good size as well as bathroom and shower. The breakfast was better than expected, not your normal hotel free breakfast. Very good, but walking to the lobby area and where food was served, took about 10 minutes. Very confusing through different hallways so just walked outside and saved a couple of minutes.

Amazing experience! This was our first time in Boise. We live in the desert so anytime we can stay near water we do and we love it. Our room at the Riverside was right on the Boise River with a balcony. We walked by the river every day and enjoyed sitting out in the morning and evening on our patio. So many people out and about enjoying everything! Our room was clean and comfortable. We actually had room service every day which we have not seen at other places in recent years. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Sitting out at the SandBar enjoying the Sam Henry band with yummy drinks with families and friends everywhere enjoying the pool and food and drinks....really awesome. We ate breakfast our last morning and wish we would have on the other mornings as it was better than most of the restaurants with excellent service and yummy coffee. We did not use the free shuttle but how awesome they offer it! Not just to the airport but to wherever. There is a great fitness room with lots of options. They have an indoor and outdoor pool both clean and clear. The hotel is close to so much. They are working on updating some of the rooms and suites but I can say ours was great. It really was such a great experience. We work really hard and get limited time away from our business and this was just a treat. Thank you to all of the staff.

Great family spot A wonderful hotel with a wonder heated outdoor pool, a workout pool house for lap swim, with a workout room, jacuzzi and sauna, a riverside setting, friendly staff, great breakfast. Over the past few visits, Diana our breakfast waitress treats us as family every time we visit. The individually made omelets are superb. A fun place for all groups.
