Wi-Fi is annoying as hell Nothing pisses me off more than hotels who have passwords for their WiFi. Especially those that expect guests to carry their little key card holder around everywhere they go and to make matters worse, wifi kicks you out after 24 hours! There’s absolutely no reason whatsoever to require a password for the Wi-Fi, let alone one one so complicated and encrypted.

Hotel 28 We had a great time thanks to Delilah up there at the front desk saving the day after the elderly woman messed up our reservation (and tbh, was quite fake and actually pretty rude) W e were all a bit flustered but her bright energy and humor brought a wave of relief to the group. She was incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to eat in the area. Thanks again Delilah!

Warm Cordial greetings early in the morning from Junior at front desk. Clean comfortable room that blocked out the traffic since it was at a busy intersection. The day desk person, Delila was a joy and got me to the airport with great conversation. Give it a try.

Delilah is the BEST This place is right off the freeway so I wasn't expecting much but when I went inside I was so impressed. They really have cleaned up the place since the Shilo was here. But the best part was the check in process and the local knowledge the assistant manager had. I'm considering moving here and I was given her day trip highlights. And everywhere I went was amazing! Nobody else at the desk knew the area at all so if it is local information you need ask for Delila!! Her customer service was the only one that didn't seem forced it was real and that's important. Give this girl a raise.
