Great Staff and Great Location The staff here is always so friendly and nice. Very comfortable feeling when staying here. Plus it's the most central hotel in all of Boise. Everything is a short walk. I have stayed here three times and every time is just as good or better than the last.

Hot tube with a view Enjoyed our 4th stay. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable.also upgraded to new toilets so it is no longer like I am sitting on the floor. Love the pool and hot tub. My husband uses the steam room and sauna. All included and you can’t bet the view from the 5th floor hot tub. Ate at the restaurant this trip and food is good. Only negative is they have you pay to park in there garage that is also open to public.

Izzy needs to go shes holding you back During a recent outing with my girlfriends to the lobby bar of the Grove Hotel, we encountered a disappointing experience with bartender Izzy. She struggled with making a basic gin and tonic and had a rude attitude when asked for a remake. Customer service seemed to be lacking in her case. This issue needs to be addressed before we consider returning. Izzy's performance was subpar.

Nice hotel Beautiful hotel, clean and well appointed with helpful staff. Comfy beds, nice linens and toiletries. The view of the city if lovely. Great location to walk around the fun city of Boise. Easy access to restaurants and bars. Not too far from the greenbelt either.

Great Hotel The hotel is wonderful. Great location, wonderful beds, great service! Restaurant, bar located in hotel but within walking distance to many others as well as shopping. Close to the Gatsby, the Capitol and the convention center. The farmers market Saturday morning was wonderful.
