Top notch hotel. This is what a superb hotel is. Clean, safe, superb facilities, outstanding breakfast, knowledgeable helpful staff. Great location. Quiet. This is the hotel to select from multiple other choices. This is the place that you will compare other hotels to.

First time stay It was nice over all. Only complaint i have was that we were there for about 4 to 5 days and the atm machine was out of service the entire stay as well as my credit card didnt want to work in their system but everyone ekses card worked. Even charging something to the room was unavailable to me. So no second stay for me. I will go some place else.

Unfriendly Night Desk Worker I checked in around 9:45pm. I’m a truck driver and was beyond exhausted. I asked the lady at the front desk if they had any bottle water. She said WHAT with the nastiest attitude. I asked her again she didn’t respond and slammed the bottle of water on the counter. I’m otr a lot and I have never been treated so rudely at any Hilton hotel.

Look elsewhere, especially for your wedding! Anything you can imagine went wrong, did. My guests were stranded at my wedding reception because the shuttle showed up at the wrong time and left everyone. I was promised a complimentary room and was still charged over $180. My guests were overcharged. The hotel room was more like a motel and I requested an upgraded room.

A Great Hotel To Stay At For Our Vacation! The Hampton Inn in Bolingbrook, Ill was a great stay for my family. The staff was friendly and hard working. At the beginning there was a mix-up with our room but the staff worked hard to make sure we were able to get the room we rented for our stay. Kudos to the two young ladies at the front desk that took care of this making sure we were taken care of. We have a family of four and rented a two queen suite with a sofa pull-out bed for three nights. The place was clean, updated, quiet and user-friendly. The breakfast was very good with waffles (small and large) eggs, sausage, pan-fries, biscuits/gravy along with oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, orange/apple juice with much more and (especially) BACON! It was a great way to start the day. Reasonably priced and in a location that was accessible to I-55 and all points Chicagoland. We would come back to this hotel in the future.
