Great Service!!! I accidentally booked the wrong dates for the hotel. The date had already passed booked for February, needed March. Figured it out the day before we were suppose to check in. Made a phone call and talked the Casey. He was able to transfer the reservation. It's good to know that there is still great customer service in this digital AI world we live in. He saved the day.

Disappointing experience!! Spent two uncomfortable days and sleepless nights in this hotel and left with what looked like bed bug bites on my legs. Went to see Dr and he confirmed it was bed bugs. Front desk gentleman unfriendly and abrupt. Only positive response was when we asked about restaurant on site. Manager rude and argued my complaint and said they need to have room tested for bed bugs... Found out that i'm not the only complaint when looking at prior reviews...

Lobby bar needs attention Attended a small gathering for a friend in the lobby bar which is a comfortable spot to visit. Very welcoming reception when you enter the hotel. Chris the bartender was attentive and friendly and the beverage selection was sufficient for a small bar. The prices are better than the restaurant bar prices down the hall. Some in our party ordered wine and others ordered prosecco. Both were served in water glasses. When I asked the bartender about it she explained that the restaurant had control over the proper glasses. Really?! I know their prices are higher but you usually don't have to pay more for the correct beverage glass. Very odd.

Don't think twice This is a wonderful stay! Here now for Christmas & New Year. We read a few reviews and were not sure what to expect, but there is nothing to fault. Clean, spacious immaculate rooms.Beautiful lobby, pool and grounds. Perfect location over the lake and 2 minutes' walking distance from the Promenade shopping Centre. And friendly, professional staff. Sit back and enjoy (-:
