Motel 6 Bossier City, LA

Christmas from HELL Wanted to do my annual trip to the casino Christmas day and stay in Bossier the night, as I usually do. It was horrible to say the least. I have 32 pictures that I took, but they are on my old phone at home. I am not sure what to do about it. I was late getting in from the Casino and the roads were getting iced over so I had to stay, otherwise I would have left. When I got there I was mortified. I didn't even know that they had hotels this gross that are still in business. The creepy foreign guy that was running it barely spoke English, I went down to get a blanket because it was cold in there and no heat. Yep. No heat. The guy brought a blanket up there, after I had to get dressed go down there (he was never in the office, always outside) and ask for the blanket. Meanwhile, my dinner I picked up was getting very cold. I was pissed! So, I get the blanket and I started looking around. The curtains were ripped completely off at the bottom hem, just hanging there. The lamp was old, and total rust. The lampshade was crooked and ripped and had stains all over it. There were exposed wires sticking out of the wall. There were roaches in the bathroom. I tried to sleep in my clothes on top of the bed which had ONE very small pillow on the entire bed. NO BLANKET. No table. No nothing.Nuts! I just stayed up until first light and hauled my ass home. I still have all those pictures and I'm planning on doing something about it. A hell of a lot more than a review.

BEDBUGS Stayed here and came home with BEDBUGS. I could forgive the awful service and needing to change rooms, but BEDBUGS? Hell no. Don't stay here unless you want to deal with an infestation of them later on.

HAD RESERVATION/NO ROOM RESERVED THIS ROOM WITH AGODA TRAVEL ONLINE. WONT USE THEM AGAIN EITHER. WHEN WE GOT THERE WITH OUR CONFIRMATION IN HAND THEY SAID arrived there and they had no record of our reservation with our confirmation number on it. Obviously we did as we had the number in our email. They were extremely rude to deal with.. So we asked if they had a room since we were already there and again very rudely said no. then when asked about making sure my card was not charged they had no answer for me. rudest people ever., I'm waiting a few days to see if a charge shows on my card. I have filed a complaint with our local BBB. From the things Im seeing here it looks like we may have been lucky that we didnt stay there

Chicken bone Pretty nasty folks. Labor Day weekend and it was the last room we could find. Parking lot and walkways covered in trash. Got into the room and found a chicken bone on the bed. Pulled back the covers and found dirt and crumbs. Bathtub had big brown smears in it I was hoping a stain. Towels stained and grey. After walking around a few minuets in my white sock the bottoms were brown. They changed the sheets but we just rested on top of the bed a few hours and hit the road.

Yuk! Nasty filthy place! Bed linens were dirty and had some gritty substance in them. There was a chicken bone on the bed. Bathtub and bath mat disgusting. If you’re desperate stay in your car. Upside desk staff nice and had the linens changed for bus after my complaint.
