Dirty Mess Place was disgusting - room was filthy - drawers out on floor - called down twice but no answer . I’m pretty sure I have bug bites. Dirty towels in the hallway in front of my room - there for over 20 hours and not sure where they even came from

Michael Hester This was our first trip to this casino. We use to frequent Vegas multiple times per year. With our recent Revel purchase, we thought we would try out this casino. Michael was amazing!! He met all of our needs and then some. His expertise and knowledge facilitated the most fun of our trip!! We will defiantly be coming back to visit in the future.

Great Getaway My husband and I spent three nights at Horseshoe. We had so much fun in the casino. The room was large and very clean … although I sprayed and disinfected it upon arrival. Good dinner at Not Just A Burger and Jasmine’s Restaurants. Can’t wait to go back again. Dallas

Upgrades Needed I was a regular Diamond Member until 2016 when I-20 traffic and accidents kept delaying us from getting back to Dallas up to two hours extra time. WinStar became my alternative casino since it is closer to Texas. I just came back July 14, 2021 and enjoyed myself and gambling experience, however I was surprised to the see chairs in the casino split open. I don't ever remember this type of repairs needed in the past. My shower in my room 811 would not give me hot water and the fixture needed tightening up. The Horseshoe was always a first class hotel and I was surprised to see it deteriorating. Please take heed to these necessary repairs.

Front Desk - Kelly Made a short trip to Bossier in June. First time at the hotel. Really nice property. Was a little disappointed that we had to pay a resort fee and we're unable to use the amenities - gym and spa, since everything was finally open again post COVID. But other than that, great stay. Our check in and out with KELLY was amazing. Best service ever! She is wonderful, even sent us a personal note thanking us for our stay. We were very impressed!
