Top notch staff and a lovely room Amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a great one - thank you Carla! Our room was great too - clean and well stocked. Conveniently located for walking and exploring downtown Boston. We hope to stay here again when we return to Boston.

Location + Quality = Great Place to Stay We had wonderful stay at Club Quarters in Boston. As the rooms aren't very large, we booked two for our family of four. Despite requesting connecting rooms during booking, the hotel seemed oblivious to that request and we didn't even have rooms on the same floor. This was really our only frustration with our stay. The rooms themselves were nice with good amenities. We really valued the filtered water provided on each floor (along with empty resusable waters). This was appreciated as we headed out to explore Boston each eay. The lounge on the first floor was a great place to meet in the morning and relax in the evening. The provided coffee machine was great and extremely popular. The tea was nice at night. Perhaps the best place about Club Quarters was its location. You can really get anywhere downtown quite easily including Freedom Trail sites, the harbor, T stops, etc... The fact that it connects with Elephant and Castle (a quality pub) was also convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The reception staff are excellent here. We loved this hotel. The reception staff are excellent and so helpful and fun too. We got some good recommendations for places to eat out and also where to find a shop nearby etc.. we loved that you could get coffee in the lounge and it was nice coffee too. Also water available. We possibly could have done with a top-up of the coffee and toilet rolls in our room so maybe the express room service needs to be checked but I managed to get the extra supplies fine. Great stay thanks all and you made our holiday!

Club Quarters Room was dirty, had no tv remote and when we finally got one the tv did not work. Door to our room was directly facing elevator doors and extremely noisy at night and in the morning.
