Perfect location and hotel We had a wonderful experience here. The young lady that checked us in was friendly, helpful, and efficient. She upgraded us to a suite and it was beautiful. The area was perfect and we walked to many delicious restaurants and to many local sites.

Great hotel! Fanciest bathrooms I have ever seen! Got a deal with the vio app and the price was really good. The room was very nice with a balcony, couch, bar, and overhead pour shower.

Waste of money Hotel has a bunch of clueless staff. The place was filthy. It was a maze to get to my room only to find it filthy. Whole e patience sucked.

One of our favorite Boston Hotels Fantastic location and the place has more of an apartment feel than a typical upscale hotel. Location is great in relation to both the water and the North End. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable and the shower was great.
