Excellent location. Spring for the Good package if you can! This hotel is located in the center of Boston near all places we wanted to visit including many historic sites and shopping. The service was great and we would highly recommend the gold package, especially the gold lounge. From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of. My wife really enjoyed the gym.

Lavish with some let down This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. I was happy to receive an upgrade upon arrival. My upgrade was on the 2nd floor with a view of a ventilation system. The room was just okay, the door didn't always close properly. The room was spacious the drain didn't work in the shower, but it was fixed quickly. We were supposed to have free breakfast, but weren't told where to have the breakfast. I called and was told to use it in the restaurant or room service because I did not have access to the floor where it was served. I was charged for the breakfast that was ordered. I didn't feel like I was at a 4+star hotel. There weren't nearly enough outlets in the room and the bathroom had a weird odor. I moved to a different hotel for the second half of my stay and enjoyed that so much more with full transparency of the benefits of my stay.

Great Hotel We just stayed for four days. First time staying here. We had a great experience. Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. Pre-ordering breakfast room service was great. Delivered exactly on time each morning.

Lovely historic hotel We recently stayed for my daughter to tour colleges in Boston. Beautiful lobby, very helpful staff. Wonderful lounge with breakfast, snacks and drinks if you book a gold room on the 4th floor. We will definitely return:)

Boston 2024 We loved our stay at the Fairmont, a beautiful building capturing the spirit of Boston. Excellent location, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Great atmosphere in the bar too!!
