Its deserving of its 5 star quality rating. Every aspect of the hotel is beautifully executed, including its location right on the Common. The staff from every place we visited were helpful, friendly, and delivered excellent quality service. The Sottovento coffee bar was a great way to start the day. Rooms were spacious, well laid out, and had very comfortable beds. Every area we visited was clean, stocked, and well cared for. This generalized and somewhat vague review is the exact opposite of the hotel, which attended to every detail of our stay and the property itself.

Best service ever This is the best in boston tied with the boston harbor hotel. The costumer service is truly world class. Rooms large and spacious. Cute little coffee shop in the lobby is perfect for the morning. Best location in boston. bathrooms lux but onthe small side. Pool with the view over the garden is great for the summer but other wise this is a cosy, warm hotel thats best in the winter. Highly reccomend as they go truly over the top for new years.

Excellent stay in Boston We stayed here in June as our son visited Boston for the first time. The hotel is located on Boylston Street with a gate to the Public Garden directly across from the hotel. Michael Pedder (the GM) and his staff run a great hotel. Elissa in guest relations and Michael Kolb were super helpful in making tour arrangements and dinner bookings for us. They got us tough dinner tables and tickets to the JFK Museum, made helpful suggestions on touring Harvard and special thanks for the Duck Boat tour recommendations! The hotel is beautiful and the staff really make kids welcome. Great pool and gym on the 8th floor. We had a room overlooking the park on the 6th floor which had huge working windows allowing us to enjoy the amazing Boston weather whilst we were there. There is a very nice outdoor garden on the sixth floor where you can sit and enjoy lunch, drinks or just sitting called the Sanctuary. Only downside is there is only one restaurant in the hotel and its menu choices are limited. Who cares though. Go enjoy Boston’s amazing restaurants! We will definitely be coming back and are so grateful for the FS team delivering such a wonderful experience. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

An experience we will Never forget I want to be abundantly clear, no words could quantify how spectacular our experiences were at the Four Seasons Boston. Even before we stepped through the door we were so warmly welcomed by so many incredible members of the team. They treated us like we were old friends, but most importantly the way they treated my Daughter was magical. They even let her do some magic to open the door to the kids closet. She was glowing the entire time. I was thinking to myself, how could it get any better than this and to my surprise Yoko J. kept the incredible experience going. She even went way out of her way to show us the beautiful hotel and went way above and beyond to ensure we were in the best room that suited all of our wants and needs. We were even lucky enough to see Yoko on our way out and she made our departure even more special for us and our daughter. From the second we got there to the second we left we couldn’t be more grateful and will definitely be going back.
