Great Location The best aspect of this property is the location. It is convenient to the shopping area & located right beside a T (subway station), as well as Quincy Market. On our arrival, there was a small queue of people waiting to check in. However, the check-in staff was very efficient in dealing with the queue. I was very surprised when I was advised that they would be placing 20% lien on my credit card as a security deposit to cover potential breakages or damage. Given our age profile (60's), I thought this was a bit excessive. When I questioned this, they immediately reduced this by 50% to 10%. Were they just chancing their arm ????? Our room was very good. A king room with a city view. There is plenty of space with a generous bathroom. The hotel doesn't offer housekeeping on a regular basis (daily or every other day). you have to request it whenever you feel you require it.

Great 4th of July Boston Trip The hotel is smaller so the rooms are not too large. We stayed in the city view room and it was plenty large for the two of us. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We added another night and Jeffrey gave us the same rate. A very nice guy and good at what he does. The location is stellar and you can ride the subway/metro right out front. We took back to the airport.

Clean and comfortable in a good location The hotel is well situated for an easy walk to the waterfront and to downtown and metres from a T station, making the airport transfer very easy. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downsides being a view of a brick wall and no coffee making facilities. We had problems with our shower, but the duty manager clearly did her best to sort this , resulting eventually in a change of rooms. ( the design of the shower is slightly odd !)

Good location , Clean room. The place is perfectly located near Faniel hall and many attractions. Reasonably priced and well situated room. Could use a bigger fridge and possibly a microwave. Large TV and dvd/ vcr player. Also a Stereo ( haven’t seen one of those in a while)

Anniversary trip It was nice, comfortable, clean and within walking distance of everything! Yes, there is a DVD and old school TV but who cares, that's not what we went to Boston for. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Restaurant/bar was great. Will stay again.
