Great guest service, great accommodations, great location. Loved this hotel Had the most pleasant experience with InterContinental Boston. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well-kept, spacious, and comfortable. Bathroom in the room was beautiful with great counter space which is a fantastic bonus when you have multiple people in the room who tend to pack every beauty product they own. Yummy breakfast and just a wonderful stay all-around! Within walking distance of a lot of great spots. Special shoutout to James at the Concierge Desk for suggesting two fantastic restaurants and booking our dining reservations!! He was so helpful and did not steer us wrong! Will without a doubt stay here again.

Jose Gonzalez welcomes you with a smile The Hotel is beautiful and welcoming, the rooms are full of light and comfortable. The best part was the staff specially José Gonzalez the first face you see upon arriving. He went out of his way to assist our group as we navigated rain and wind. Thank for going out of your way with a smile!

Tremendous Hotel, Incredible Location, World Class Staff. A tremendous hotel with an incredible location and a world class staff. My wife and I had not been back to Boston for close to 25 years. We made a decision return over the Thanksgiving weekend to visit friends. Beautiful location overlooking the city on one side and Seaport district on the other. Wonderful bar and restaurant in the hotel itself. I can't praise the quality and professionalism of the staff enough. I made the unforgivable mistake of leaving my wife's suitcase beside the car as we drove away from the hotel we stayed at in Vermont.....not good. When we discovered what had happened I immediately approached Joseph Rondina, the Concierge at the Intercontinental who literally spent most of the day making arrangements for her suitcase to be sent to us! He went above and beyond in the efforts he put in for us. He and the front office staff turned what could have been a disaster into one of the more memorable stays we have had. Thanks again! For anyone considering the Intercontinental Boston, know that you will be in good hands during your visit. Paul Beauregard, IHG Platinum Ambassador

I love the InterContinental brand Incredible stay at a beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and took great care of us. The thanksgiving brunch was worth it and the view from our suite was magnificent. The Club lounge was on par with other InterContinental hotels, and the gym was huge - as expected. The location is also convenient for touristy things as well as work related meetings. Thanks to Bradford Rice and his team. We will come back.

Special Events Thanksgiving Lunch was so tasty! The entire staff made it so special, with quick service and customizable selections. Thank you to the whole team! The special events that the hotel offers made such an impact! I can’t wait to eat there again!
