Perfect boston stay Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location to go see a game or explore the city. Will definitely be staying again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Boston for anything. Hotel staff was great, room was clean, and had a very warm and inviting atmosphere.

Best Lodging in Bostom we had the most fantastic visit… from the comfort of the room, easy access to all the tourist attractions. and our view was amazing. we will be back. perfect location. the restaurant had good food & thanksgiving dinner which was a treat after our long flight:

No apology for their mistakes and costs incurred. Rooms seem to be tired. Great location. Been left with a £45 ($55) phone bill because this hotel / Millennium Hotels group don't responds to emails. The front desk mistakenly took over $500 as a hold when I checked in and was told it would be refunded upon check-out but after over 2 weeks nothing had happened. I used their website 'contact us' form and, when I had nothing back from that I emailed..and when I had no response back from that I decided to cal up to try to get it sorted as just before Christmas this missing money was putting me under pressure. Eventually got through to the manager, who after much tippy tapping on his computer, managed to sort it. Those calls racked up a huge bill, which is fairly annoying as I thought it could easily and quickly been dealt with via email. I would of expected an apology for the inconvenience of their double mistake but no, it sounded as though I had ruined his day to have to sort it - maybe he was on his break. The apology wouldn't of paid my phone bill but it doesn't cost anything to be polite does it? Most Americans seem to go over and above in terms of service but that wasn't my experience here. The hotel is in the perfect location but is a bit on the tired side to be honest and needs a bit of work in places E.G our sliding bathroom door no longer slid and had to be man-handled to close. I will say the bar tender was a great guy with some good chat.

High hidden fees Unauthorized charges after I checked out and I had to call the hotel again and again to solve the issue and get my money back, old room, old furniture, unexpected destination fees. Boston is a great city, but just this hotel absolutely ruined our trip

I'd stay again Ideally located, central to everything, so handy for all major tourist attractions. Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities, everything functioned well. Found everybody at reception to be nothing but pleasant and helpful.
