A must stay!! Amazing experience for a birthday adventure. Facility was clean and comfortable food was amazing in the restaurant and staff is top notch. Desk clerks Glen and Alto were the most friendly and helpful. 2 thumbs up!! 5 stars!! 10/10! Give them a raise!!

Poorly taken care of The location and decor were awesome! The common areas and our room were pretty dirty. Shower had black mildew in the grout, fold out couch had dirty, blood stained sheets(no joke) and it was just poorly taken care of. Sliding door was missing a curtain, etc. Such a shame because the decor and location are great! Would not recommend.

Beautiful hotel, just a block from the Boston Common! Beautiful king size suite with 2 actual balconies! Comfiest hotel bed. Warm inviting, knowledgeable (especially about sports) staff! Only complaint was the expensive parking.

Needs some TLC Right off the bat getting from the parking lot to the actual hotel is ridiculous. The lack of signage and directions are annoying and there are many spots blocked off for valet parking that doesn't exist. You have to pay for "upgraded" wifi or your devices just won't connect to wifi and in this day and age, that is really a pain. The rooms are tired and it's pretty much just a big hotel with really weird artwork on the walls.

Front desk staff is the best Abdel at the front desk is so extremely kind. I was checking out at 6 AM when I realized coffee is not prepared until 7 AM. A little disappointed, I went to sit down and wait for the rest of my party, when he came around the corner and asked if I was expecting (I have a very obviously pregnant belly). When I said, yes, he said “I will go get you a coffee myself. Where I come from, pregnant women get what they want.” This meant so much to me. Thank you.
