Fantastic hotel in ideal location This our go to hotel when visiting our son in Southie. Great hotel, beautiful & spacious rooms, and convenient affordable parking (a rarity in Boston). Staff are friendly, professional, & accommodating Love the Seaport location with great water views, easy walk to many sites, and great restaurants nearby. Will continue to return to the Seaport Hotel!!

Nice hotel, still waiting on deposit return 2 adults and 1 child age 11 stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Boston. Overall we found the hotel really nice, well presented, good location for our needs and a bonus of a small pool. HOWEVER, after departing on 28th July, I have still to receive back my $200 deposit, despite the front desk saying they would be returning this to my bank on my check out. I've emailed the hotel twice now but have had no response. Really poor customer service from what would otherwise have been positive review. Be aware !

Worst group experience I've ever had Booked and paid for a 65 room block just for everyone arrive to incorrect rooms, people missing from our block and not having reservations, people being told they'd need to pay again for a room, +30min check-in wait that caused everyone to be late for our dinner event. I had to stand at the front desk for every check in and consistently correct employees so my guests could have a place to stay. Zero empathy from employees, no help from our Sales contact, overall horrific experience and we'll never return. I've planned over 30 of these room blocks and this hotel is BY FAR the worst we've had the displeasure of staying at. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place by any means necessary

Five star stay! Room 1135 was fantastic, offering unparalleled views of the harbor. We had requested extra pillows, a shower stall instead of a tub and a room far from the elevators. Very comfortable King bed, convenient outlets to charge devices, excellent lighting by beds for reading, and a Keurig coffee maker w/pods was great to have for that first cup of coffee in the morning. Although checkin is at 3:00pm, we arrived around 12:15 and after a quick bite to eat we’re texted that the room was ready at 1:15. Valet service was excellent, fast and extremely friendly attendants. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Leaser concert venue made it the perfect pick!

Incredible staff made for an incredible stay I am a schoolteacher and my wife is a medical tech. We have 2 young children and haven't been away for our anniversary in almost a decade. Upon check in, Aaron greeted us with friendliness and humor and treated us like royalty. After an unfortunate accident in the room with a faulty piece of furniture, Jennifer expressed true concern and took care to check in on my wife and tried to make up for it. The hotel is in a great place and is very nice, but what made the trip so special for us was the efforts and reactions of these two individuals in particular. Thank you!
