Hospitality at its Best Moises was extremely accommodating to us upon arrival. We had to be at the hotel earlier than standard check in time, and he was able to get us into a beautiful room with a view without hassle. We are very happy with this beautiful hotel and the accomodation! I can't wait to return!

Perfect Accommodations and location. When things were crazy at check in, Alberto went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our room was beautiful. Got an extra mattress cover that made pull out nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. Thank You for a great trip.

Fabulous Stay at Boston Park Plaza! This journey started with a Fabulous welcome from Sophia at the front desk. A smile, a greeting, and an efficient check in process. She recognized Diamond status and immediately went to work looking for a possible upgrade. The room is a supreme queen. It is small in the bathroom, but I am not sure what people expect. The negative reviews had me reluctant to come, but the overall hotel vibe, outstanding service at the concierge,and dining area are to be commended. Those who complain about the size are ridiculous when you are staying in historic Boston. Perhaps paying way more for a Marriott wharf hotel would satisfy you!? Overall, I am very happy with this decision. The amenities, fitness club that is just totally off the chain, location, service and kindest is second to none.

Perfect Location - Heart of the Hub Great experience. A grand hotel with a welcoming staff, beautifully maintained, and a perfect location. The valet parking was efficient, as was the front desk staff. The breakfast was a notch above and the waitstaff was professional. For the number of rooms and guests, the elevators were prompt and quick. One suggestion - the wicked small guestrooms are exactly that. You might want to upgrade to a deluxe room for more space.

The Best Service and Stay Yet!!!!!!!!! Exquisite hotel experience with a luxury style that gives you great comfort. Attractive amenities are very accommodating and welcomed. Above all, was the exemplary customer service provided by Jennifer at our check in and check out. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by finding a more appropriate upgrade for our comfort, in addition to informing us about local attractions, eateries, and hotel provisions. She was communicative, professional, and provided the standard of service that all hotels should be striving for. Thank you, Aljin Haynes P.S.
