Welcoming and comfortable The staff were wonderful, across the board, from front desk to housekeeping to Longwood Grill. Comfortable bed and bedding, especially the sheets. Good shower pressure. At first glance, our double queen room seemed a bit small, but as we settled in it was perfectly adequate for two of us. Clean, attractive and modern room with everything in good working order. The bathroom is a bit lacking for storage, but it has more towel bars/hangers than any hotel room I've stayed in previously, and I appreciate that feature. Just outside the bathroom door is a dresser, so I stored my toiletries and hygiene items there, and it was handy. The convenience to BIDMC could not be beat. Nice area for my morning walk, good restaurant options nearby.

Stay somewhere else My husband had surgery at Brigham & Women’s hospital so I stayed at this hotel for six days! It was convenient and the employees were very nice. But, what a crappy hotel!!! The lobby was renovated but the rooms were not! Wall paper was peeling and glued together??? Safe box didn’t work properly. Room had a musky smell and a shower curtain! Disgusting! The bathrooms are very small and the bathroom vanity was so low! The shower drain was clogged and I had to ask twice to get it fixed! The cleaning woman was the one who made sure it drained properly! This hotel is the only one within walking distance and one would think it would be a nicer place to stay?? It was stressful enough with my husband in the hospital!! Also, the food Galleria is grungy! It was all fast food! Disgusting! Unfortunately, I do not recommend staying at the Inn nor would I ever go back!

Quick night stay for Def Leppard Concert We stayed here because we attended a concert at Fenway and it was a good location. Room is clean (very small) and beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Only minor issue is the bed on the right-side of the room is so close to the AC/Heat that it blows directly at my head. I know, should have moved to the bed on the left LOL. Clean room, nothing special but would stay again.

Very pleased! Staff is amazing! I would like to give the BIGGEST thank you to Autumn and Angie! I had a lot of tasks to take care of while staying in Boston for work. I had run out of spare dollars for laundry and Autumn walked across the road to Starbucks to grab change for me, seeing I was a bit overwhelmed. I didn’t even ask, she just quickly made the solution happen. Angie helped escort me to the laundry area and was so friendly and personable! Truly, traveling for work is horrifying sometimes. These two ladies made it wonderful. Thanks again.

The best of the best Autumn and Angie are beautiful souls! _ do yourself a favor and visit this wonderful establishment! It can be so hard to find kind, warm, and genuine people in a city that is so fast-paced and unrelenting, but that is just what I discovered here!
