Great location, great high-end hotel This hotel is worth the price! It is in the perfect location to walk to a ton of attractions/areas and the T. All areas of the hotel were beautiful and clean. Very nice pool and huge two-level gym area. The room was the nicest I’ve ever stayed in, with very comfortable beds and lots of little luxuries that made it feel really special. After my stay at this hotel, I only want to stay at Langham properties!

Great Hotel highly recommend. The reservation was done via Amex platinum card. Called a few days to confirm reservation was made. Upon arrival the check in process was smooth. The room was available prior to check in time. The room was wonderful, wonderful products. The Grana restaurant breakfast was delicious. We received a credit via Amex which covered our breakfast each day. In addition we used the stay credit towards drinks and food at the Fed (rose garden area). The hotel is close by everything we wanted to visit. We walked a lot and have to admit we felt safe the entire time. Boston is one of my favorite cities so much to do and such great food.

Lovely long weekend at the Langham My wife and I had a fantastic experience staying at the Langham in July. The property is centrally located and easily walkable to so many great Boston destinations. We enjoyed meals in the North End, the Seaport, and walks through the Public Garden and along the Harbor, all without needing a car. The hotel itself is spectacularly staffed and appointed. We especially appreciated the Club, which offered a variety of high-end snacks, drinks, and meals in a relaxing and well-appointed oasis on the 8th floor. Every staff member at the Langham was professional, warm, and solicitous. Highly recommend!!

A Magnificent Experience It was hospitality at its finest. I was not familiar with The Langham and now I will never forget it. It was a seamlessly, amazing comfortable experience. Everyone there was so nice and made you feel at home. I didn't want to leave and I am already planning my return.

A lovely respite after a long work day I stayed at the Langham Boston for the first time and can't say enough good things about this lovely hotel. The staff is attentive and thoughtful. From check-in through check-out, every team member I experienced was so kind and professional. The venue is beautiful. The rooms are luxurious without being overdone, and everything one needs to be cozy and comfortable are provided or available (be sure to ask for one of the lavender pillows). I loved coming back to my room after a day of meetings and seeing everything in order, which brought a sense of calm and relaxation to my evening. A special thank you to Salim who greeted me upon check-in and remembered me a few days later when we ran into each other in the lobby. Looking forward to my next stay!
