Not Hilton quality This was my second stay at this property and will be my last. The property is old and in dire need of upgrades. The AC/heaters take forever to respond and sound like a thrashing machine when operating. My room appeared clean until you get into the shower. There is visible mold on the ceiling with more staring to show through. All corners of the shower have mold. I could continue but take my word, it feels more like a cheap motel than any Hilton property I've seen, and I average 100+ nights a year. Even at check in you aren't offered water, which is always nice after a day of traveling but you can buy it in the room for $3. The breakfast is slow and not very good...I'll leave it at that. This property has the look and feel of being franchise owned and cutting every corner with disregard for the guests. There are better options just up the road that I'd highly recommend before coming here.

Helpless Help Desk - You're on Your Own The night I checked in I selected standard wireless with the intent to change it on the second night, as I had in the past. When the second night came and I could not upgrade, I asked for help. I had two conversations with the online chat service. The first agent told me to go to the front desk. Then the front desk said they couldn't help. Then the second chat agent said to call guest services. I then spoke to two agents at the global help desk. I think the first agent said they would transfer me to the front desk unless I could provide a confirmation number, but their connection to my Hilton room phone was terrible, so I'm not sure and decided to call back. The second call was answered by a different agent who said they were a supervisor and would call the front desk on my behalf. I was on hold for 5-10 minutes and then the line disconnected to a dial tone. No one ever help.

Stay at Marriott. This place needs to get their crap together. Extremely disappointed in the Hilton brand for the second time in a row after a horrendous stay in Las Vegas, we still decided to give Hilton another try simply because my husband is a diamond member, REALLY wish we had used our status at Marriott instead. Check in was easy, but not greeted or thanked for status upon arrival. No mention about member benefits including free bottled water or breakfast credits or offered an upgrade, don’t even know if they have those rooms available at this place. But we did find out that the pool, spa and gym are all closed. Was this mentioned on their website? Absolutely not. It wasn’t until we got to the desk and after it was too late to cancel that we found out this very disappointing information, and don’t worry, you still get to pay full price even though the amenities are closed! Got up to our room and it was super warm, 78 degrees. Followed the instructions on the wall to turn the AC on and after it had been running for almost 12 hours the room never cooled below 74 degrees and that was after someone came up and looked at it. The room it’s pretty loud, you can hear 405 unless you have the fan running, then it does a decent job of drowning out the truck noise, but this is the crappy type of room you get when you’re a diamond member. Next morning I went to go take a shower and there were three long dark hairs in the shower, one hanging off the soap area. Gross. Reached out to Hilton on Facebook and was told they would get back to me up to 48 business hours later… this is on a Friday, so they will get back to me by Monday? Super. I check out Tuesday. Went to go get breakfast at a cafe, because again they never mentioned anything about the breakfast, came back and the 3rd floor REEKED of pot. The smell has been here all day long. Got to my room, maintenance came up and finally checked the AC, he couldn’t fix it right away but eventually got it fixed. Took a nap and woke up FREEZING. It was now 65 in my room and I could not get it to warm up. I left my room because I needed to warm myself up, came back and the digital key no longer worked. Back down to the desk I went, got a physical key and went on merry way. Later went to the lobby to grab something from the little shop, well I had INTENDED to use the restaurant but it was open…… went back up to my room and my brand new physical key no longer worked. Super irritating. Back down to the front desk to get a new key, wait just kidding because the key maker wasn’t working. Super. Front desk lady walks me back to my room and lets me inside. I go about my day and get back into bed tonight and there’s what appears to be mold on my comforter, which is now tossed on the floor. This place is disgusting. It falls WELL below Hilton standards and I sincerely regret ever booking at this property and really wished we had gone with Marriott.

Look at this hotel if you want to be awake all night I’ll never stay in this hotel again. If you stay here, make sure that you don’t get a room on the side of the highway. The trucks kept me up the entire night. I was told by someone at the front desk that they would give me a room on the other side when I got home from work the next day. When I came home from work, they told me they were sold out and were not able to switch my room. I had to wait for 10 minutes for the person on the front desk to get off a phone call only to tell me that he couldn’t help me. I’ll have another sleepless night this dump. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great experience at Hilton Garden Inn in Bothell, Washington I was very impressed with the Hilton Garden Inn in Bothell, Washington. When you walked in there was a modern sculpture-like grass screen to welcome you instead of looking straight into the lobby. It was very clean and inviting. It looked like it had recently been updated with lovely colors in a modern style. The staff, including the cleaning crew, was great! They were very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who checked me in (Adrienne?). The breakfast was tasty and hot. You do have to pay for the breakfast, but the price wasn’t bad for a hotel. One thing to be aware of is that it is a bit difficult to find. But in actuality, once it was found, it felt very safe due to its location. Just follow your map even though it seems like your map is taking you to the wrong place. If you see a Jack in the Box and the Outback Steakhouse, you are in the right direction!
