Excellent overall!!! I have stayed here for many weeks on business, and the staff has been wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and the food in the restaurant is delicious!!! This hotel is highly recommended, whether staying on business or on vacation!!!

disturbance at 3 am and bug in my bed. My son had a hockey tournament nearby and we booked this hotel. when we got there, the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. They asked us, if we will like to stay in the new or the old part of the hotel. we chose to stay in the new area. They said “ there is only one small problem, the new area does not have double beds”. They recommended a suite. Considering that it was Valentine’s Day my husband payed the extra money for the suite. The suite consists of two rooms side by side. Everything was perfect, my son had his own room and we had our privacy. THIS IS WHERE MY REVIEW GET INTERESTING; It was 03:20 am and I hear someone knocking violently on my door, I got up to see what the commotion was all about, it was the hotel security demanding that I explained why I was occupying that room. According to the security person,that room was unoccupied. After trying to explain myself to the security and to the lady at the front desk, I did give up and got back inside my room (room that I have payed for). The next day, The day manager explained to me that the person at the desk was new and didn’t know that the suite consists of two rooms. The following day there was I bug in my bed. They adamantly insisted that they don’t have bugs in the hotel, insinuating that it was my bug. I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE BUG. I also called the maid, she took picture of the bug and changed my bed sheets (like i will get back in that bed) . be careful when booking this place. Hope this review help.

Nice hotel The Mortagne hotel has nice rooms although the interior of my room was a little outdated. Nice restaurant and chill out area ( much needed given the snow storm I experienced when I visited). The staff was flexible and friendly even thought I checked in at 2:30am. I saw that the hotel has a pool, but I can’t comment on it as I haven’t used it. The library is well equipped and there is a little shop where you can grab few items ( food, drinks and Canadians gifts) if you wish next to the reception area. Only down point is that they do not offer breakfast buffet but only breakfast a la carte ... not ideal ... but everything else was fine! Perfect if you need to stay in the area for business!

Nice venue The staff were nice. The food is great. We were there for a company event which was very nice the conference room is big . They have a great selection for a buffet. They have wifi available which makes it easier to communicate with others.

Good hotel Good hotel 20 min far from city centre and 50 from airport. Quality of it ok and room quite big. Big parking outside the hotel. Only thing to be improved is the breakfast a la carte that takes quite a long time to get food.
