Just okay The Wi-Fi was one bar at any time. The bathroom door could not be opened fully. This motel is very close to the bike trails, which is why we booked it. The check-in woman was very accommodating. The morning staff were not particularly friendly. The food selection was sparse, even at 7:00 a.m. The one dining room trash can was too small and full at 7 a.m. On the other hand, we had a beautiful view of Lake Mead with the end unit, top floor. As close as it was to the highway, it was quiet.

Uncomfortable showers The water temp in the shower changes on its own (without touching the knob). Ranges from cold enough to make you shiver, to painfully hot. For multi-night stays, you have to leave the room fairly early if you want maid service. The toilet had rust stains and was a bit rickety, but worked well enough. Comfortable bed, large room, plenty of parking, quiet. Friendly staff.

We had an excellent stay After reading some of the reviews of this place I was hesitant but we stayed and it was excellent. The help was friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The bed provided a very comfortable sleep. Due to the inability to hire enough help ( I asked) the breakfast is still not back to pre-Covid however the Jimmy Dean Breakfast Bowl was delicious and better than 90% of the hotel breakfasts I have had. It was also a huge breakfast. There were also other options. I think that some people have apparently decided to always find something to complain about. Maybe they are just unhappy with their life. We are glad that we decided to try this hotel.

Perfect for visit to Hoover Dam Nice clean large room. Free breakfast which was pre packed as Covid restrictions are still in place. Comfortable bed. No frills. Perfect for a two night stay to visit Hoover Dam which is nearby. Refrigerator in room. Gas station and Terribles, a convenience store on same street.

AWFUL AND THEY KNOW IT AND DON'T CARE Booked as my other Quality Inn experiences were great. Wanted a place with Breakfast, as that saves easily $20 per person, we went as a couple so $40 was appealing. NO BREAKFAST! They had bags with a water, mandarin orange, and granola bar!!! ( see attached photo) Their breakfast area was cluttered with stored junk! They did not 'freshen" the room between days, AND their was a black hair in the bed...YUCK. Property is a total dive. When the desk was contacted, they couldn't have cared less, and appeared used to the complaints. Others were angry as well in the breakfast area. AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS! ps. The chairs looked liked they'd been filming porno's in the room with the slime on them.
