This hotel is garbage Do not stay at this hotel. It is garbage. They have been under the premises of renovation for at least 7 months. We got there. They offered NO housekeeping services at all and had no hot water in the room. When brought to the general manager's attention, her comment was, what do you expect me to do about it It's the weekend. This is complete BS this hotel is garbageand the general manager is a moron. Do not stay here.

Terrible Customer Service Terrible. Just terrible. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the front desk said our reservation was cancelled. The front desk clerk was not helpful in trying to help me find other accomodations. When trying to find a solution to our problem, I reached out to Cori Thomas, the GM. I was disheartened to find she was also extremely unhelpful and somewhat rude. It has been 4 days and I have been on the phone with IHG Customer Service as well as this specific property without any solution being offered. I have yet to be reimbursed for the stay that I never had. The hotel and the chain has done nothing to respect me as a club member nor try to keep my business. I will be staying elsewhere from now on.

Great one-night stay! We booked this hotel in Bowling Green OH while travelling from Florida back home to Toronto. This was our second and final stop on the way. The hotel is situated just off the interstate which make for a quick and easy find. Lobby was spacious and extremely clean. Front desk staff were accommodating and registered us quickly and efficiently (we were travelling with our 1 year old puppy). I requested a room on the first floor for easy access to the grounds for the pup however there were no rooms available. Our room was on the second floor which really was no big deal at all. Room was spotless and very welcoming for a couple of weary travellers and their doggie. Bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows and duvet were soft, clean and cozy. The hotel had a huge vacant grassy lot next to it which made walking the dog easy. Doggie bags and trash cans availability as well. We have a wonderful and quiet sleep which was what we needed before we embarked on our final leg home. Plenty of terrific restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel to pick up food for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was ok but not great. Coffee was better then other places we’ve stayed. Hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. The only issue I really had was paying $50 for a night for the puppy. This seems to be the norm these days so we just bite the bullet and pay. There is one hotel chain that still accepts pets at no charge however we won’t forgo safety for a $50 charge. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we return Florida.

Nice stay Great night stay! The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean. We had a suite and the pullout bed was not comfortable. We have stated at hotels where the pull out was comfy- with a thicker mattress. Breakfast was the same at every other HIE. It was a bacon morning and not the Turkey sausage morning for our stay.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! Our visit started off on the right foot with young Rosa, working the front desk. Although a newer employee, she was very efficient and then made an extra effort with my skitty dog Fitz! He's a shelter rescue and very shy with everyone, but Rosa made him so welcome and came from behind the desk to pet him. The room itself was well sized and comfortable ... very clean and provided anything you might need. We all agreed it was the best breakfast bar with a lot of variety, very clean and great selection in food. The attendant was Norma, and she chatted with us while cleaning and offered me an extra sausage ... she'd overheard me say how much I like sausage links and even brought it over to me!! Finally, our day shift receptionist happily provided Rosa's name for me as well as toothbrush/paste when I asked. She was really busy, but very attentive and professional! The maids we encountered in the hallways all smiled and greeted us in a friendly manner and were very nice ... that's a tough job, but they were all smiling and upbeat. Their hard work was reflected in the clean and pleasant rooms! Thank you all! It was nice having the newspaper, too!!
