Stay Away from the Hampton Inn in Boynton Beach The hotel room had a musty smell and appeared clean when we first walked in, but then discovered live roaches on the end table between the 2 beds and crawling around on the carpet. The gentleman at the front desk with one piece of his eyeglasses (the wing) missing could not have been nicer and this was at 3:00am on May 9th 2024. We were deplaned twice from Jet Blue in LaGuardia for mechanical issues, then it was cancelled, then sent to Newark where that plane was delayed. We arrived at the West Palm Beach Airport at 2:30 am. Paid $50 for a cab to take us to the Hampton Inn to discover all of this. He offered another room, but being New Yorkers, roaches rarely stay in 1 room. We took an Uber back to the airport because the car rental wasn't open until 5a.m. We had been up from 6am the previous day for a 10am flight out of LaGuardia and arrived at 2:30am. We searched for another hotel and was very lucky to get a room at the Marriott Town Suite a block away from the Hampton Inn and the Marriott was DIVINE! Smelled great, clean, great bed and no roaches. By the way, I picked up the mattress to see the underside at the Hampton Inn and it was badly stained. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing Service Jonathan at the front desk was a life saver. We were in town for a funeral and had to leave a hotel that we booked online that was awful. Jonathan was amazing! Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, close to many things and exactly what we needed. I don't usually leave review, but Jonathan's kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Jonathan!

Thank you Jonathan! And Hampton! Jonathan at the front desk was wonderful. We had a horrible trip day and were here for a family funeral. Jonathan was so polite and helpful, found us a nice room on short notice and made the rest of our stay pleasant. Due to employees like Jonathan my family and I will be staying at this Hampton whenever we come to town.

great staff Great hotel but specially amazing experience with Mike Paulino, a member of the staff that went above and beyond to assist us with some packages that arrived late at the hotel. He refused to receive a tip for all his help, which tells you how his professionalism, kindness and desire to help comes from a place of true service. People like him give a good name to any company they work at, wishing him success in all his endeavors. Hampton Inn should give him a raise!

What a disappointment Don't waste your money here. Rude receptionist. Put us in a room which had windows covered with plastic, broken AC and smelt of musty sweat. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful, gave one word answers and didn't change the room. The AC repair man got another room for us the next day! Elevator was broken, and the breakfast was bare minimum not fit to be eaten. Extremely disappointed to see the condition of this Hampton Inn. Will never stay here again.
