Unpleasant experience I had planned on staying at the Quality Inn, but Southwest canceled my flight at the last minute. Even with insurance, the manager would not refund or credit my money for the room. Not the best way to start my once in a lifetime vacation. Will never book with Quality Inn again!

OK hotel but pricey for the area. The woman who checked us in very friendly. The area is very iffy - right next to the warming center but we had no problems. Hotel and room ok for just passing through. Only one luggage rack was inconvenient.

Dirty in Bozeman. I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Bozeman, and I don't ever write a negative review. So for the first time I have to be honest. This is a case where an owner of the hotel is not re-investing into the property. The room was dirty and the chair in the room had multiple dirty spots. The room had an odor. That is all fine for a cheap room. But this is a case where the owner is charging $185 ( and that is low for them and including tax) and you are getting a dump of a room. On my next trip up to Bozeman, I stayed in Livingston in a lower brand and the rooms were way nicer. I was done with the Choice Brand as they are not managing their hotels in this flag. I did try one in Missoula this past week and it was beautiful. People expect more in Bozeman. And if you are going to have a dirty, smelly room, then have your rate reflect this quality.

Un-Quality Inn The room was VERY small. Not in the best area of town. They had one luggage rack for whole hotel. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. I had to cancel after a night, because of a family emergency. NO refund at all given. Very poor PR!! Will never stay at a Unquality Inn ever again.

Price gouging & air conditioner didn’t cool room We stopped here while traveling on vacation. This hotel was $100.00 higher than the other hotel’s around them. When we got into the room the air conditioner didn’t cool the room down. It was set on 65 and high and was hot all night. When paying over $300.00/per night you would expect more from a hotel than what we got. The breakfast was not good either. I don’t usually write a review but I thought others should know what they are going to get when staying here.
