Great Hotel The hotel was super nice and comfy. Mon was super helpful and we really enjoyed our stay! The Hotel breakfast has a really big selection but closed a bit early. The room itself felt big and spacious and came with great amenities. The staff were very eager to help and was just an great stay overall.

I’ve stayed at Hyatt Braintree several times and always have an awesome experience , the rooms are always exceptional I’ve stayed at several Hyatt properties in Boston over the past year , Medford and Waltham and I’ve enjoyed the Braintree location the best for sure .

The best breakfast crew! We really enjoyed our breakfast during our stay. Mon and Sam, the breakfast crew, were great! They made sure the buffet area was always clean and the tables always empty from dirty plates. That made our experience even better! Would definitely go back soon!

Excellent experience in Braintree! My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree for five nights as part of a trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary (two nights at the beginning of our trip, three nights at the end). We loved the hotel. Staff were great, always smiling and willing to help. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and a big shopping mall. It is also fairly close to the Logan Express Braintree station (12-15 minute walk). My only suggestion would be that they could offer a shuttle service to locations in the nearby area (ex. the Logan Express station); it is not a dealbreaker for me, but it would be very convenient. Overall, excellent experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Great customer service The hotel is really clean and has great service. Thanks Tom for helping us with breakfast. The beds were so soft, we didn't want to leave the room. I appreciated that they ensure safety by locking up at night. We would stay here again. The pool is super convenient.
