Great stay Hotel breakfast is very nice with an omelette station, Fountain drinks and all the extras. Hotel is clean well kept and the staff is amazing. Shout out to Patrick at the front desk he was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the hotel amenities.

We were pleased with this hotel This is a newer and modern so there is central AC. Room is clean and spacious. The floor is quiet. The public areas are very elegant. The evening receptions and breakfasts are very clean and cozy. Staffs are all so nice and helpful, making us feel like VIPs. We love the kitchen staffs. My aunt and my mom took pictures with one of them to show their gratitude. The location is convenient to all the attraction spots. Will return to this if in the area.

Excellent Stay highly recommended___ Extremely pleasant staff from the front desk to housekeeping especially the breakfast staff. During breakfast the cater to you have a delicious hot breakfast and offer to bring you anything you like to make sure your stay is comfortable. Not to mention the complimentary happy hour it was great!

Nice space My son and I went to Spring training in Tampa. The hotel is about 20 min from Steinbrenner Field and the airport. The rooms are comfy and well- appointed. The breakfast was tasty. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. We'd stay again if we were in the area.

No AC, fail to stick premium rooms after asking twice, left to find hotel with AC. Booked last minute for work. Only rooms was a premium room. Checked in 4:30. Room was hot so went down and told front desk room was hot and also the room was not stocked with the drinks and snacks as premium rooms should be. Sat at the bar for a couple drinks, went to check room about an hour later and room still hot and no drinks snacks. Mentioned it again as we left for dinner. Came back a couple hours later to find no AC still and the drinks and snacks in a garbage bag hanging on the door. Asked front desk what the problem was with AC as it’s been hours and waiting on a 3rd party. Them showed them the pic but f how snacks and drinks are left and got a “I’ll talk to housekeeping”. This was the time I asked to leave and check out as no AC in Florida is just not acceptable. They let me leave free of charge and was lucky to get one of the last rooms near by as I was not the only guest fleeing for a place with AC. I plan on reaching out to GM and already called HHonors diamond desk. The AC is not their fault but the fact when you pay for a premium room they leave you it in a garbage bag show they don’t care anymore. I’ve stayed in this hotel over 100 nights in several years. But never again after this lack of respect.
