AWESOME HOSPITALITY AND FRIENDLINESS Hotel is one block off the 76 trip and the staff is amazing at the hotel. Mike I would assume the manager was a top notch fellow that went above and beyond and spoke to us every time he was there when we returned and asked how things went and were going and if we needed anything. the rest of the staff were very cordial and accomodating as well. Breakfast every day was great and never had a problem with this hotel i would highly recommend to any that are looking for a place in Branson Cousins from Louisiana stay here often and It is never a dissapointment

disabled parking the hotel was ok, the biggest problem was no disabled parking, we returned around 10 after a show and couldn't find a disable parking place, the gentle man told us we could park in back and walk around, After explaining we couldn't walk that far the 2 clerks worked with us and found a parking place by the front door. the 2 clerks were great in helping but the hotel needs more than 1 disabled parking place

Very happy. Jacuzzi bath was a surprise. Great staff. Stayed here one night as part of Route 66. Minor issue at start when both room keys wouldn’t work. Staff were very quick in sorting out. Was really surprised with jacuzzi bath in room( Room 204). Was great for relaxation after a long days travelling. Breakfast was fine and started at 0630. There is a Walmart very close for those essentials. You will need the torch on your phone as the paths are very dark. Would stay again.

Smooth sailing Our check in began pretty chaotic because Expedia did not forward our reservation. Not the way to start our trip to Branson However, Cody was working the front desk and he turned our chaos into some sailing A BIG THANKS to Cody Would definitely stay again

Not impressed Not impressed with this hotel. The price was really cheap and had good reviews, but we found the hotel to be run down, not very clean, and not great breakfast. The beds and bathroom were clean, but lots of stains on bedskirt, chairs, and carpet. The hallway and our room had an icky smell. There are two buildings and one has an outdoor pool and the other the indoor pool. Kind of a pain to get if you are not in that building. The indoor pool room was obscenely hot and stuff floating in the water. Staff were all very nice, but we just prefer nicer hotels.
