Let’s play the game of Is it Blood or Urine? Went with the family for a nice 3 days vacation. Walked in and the room smelled of mold and sadness. I pulled the bed sheets back to discover what looked like blood or urine. The mattress was very worn out and had a human body shape in it. We never even sat on it and you can see the intention. We promptly left and got our money back.

Wonderful !! Phenomenal what more can I say?!!!!! This place is beautiful, our room is awesome. It has everything you could possibly need. They thought of absolutely EVERYTHING The beds were very comfortable. The room had a beautiful view. Beautifully decorated. Very clean, there was absolutely nothing rundown at all !! The staff was so nice I mean, we could not find not one of them that wasn’t just as nice as the next they have tons of entertainment if you choose that one night they had movie night another night. They had a disco dance night, but the highlight is definitely the pool ! It’s indoor and outdoor, crisp, clear, and clean slide, a big slide that is wild I mean, wild! The kids even decided not to go to the waterpark. They were just happy with this . The location was superb. It was just a couple of miles out of town away from all the traffic easy to get to and again beautiful 2 miles from table rock Lake. .

Rooms with a view! I think there are two places here. One is Branson Hillside Inn and the other is Hyatt Lodges at Timber Ridge. I stayed at the Lodges at Timber Ridge in the Dogwood building. It was AMAZING. I'm a hotel snob and was worried after reading the reviews, but my stay was near perfection. The positives: The 2 bedroom villa, rooms with a view. Seriously! We saw wildlife, mountains, it was so peaceful and beautiful. The villa itself was gorgeous. The bathroom is bigger than my bedroom at home. The entire villa is very modern in terms of decor with updated appliances. The only thing not updated is the TVs. While they are Samsung SmartTVs, you can't use the SmartTV part. Not sure why. We just had cable. But we weren't home a lot so that didn't matter. Bonus: I loved the fireplace! The pool. We loved the pool. It's partially indoor and outdoor so you can avoid the sun if you want, but the indoor part doesn't smell musty or chlorinated like most indoor pools. My child loved the slide. The staff. Everyone we encountered was so helpful and friendly. Even the security who was had to tell our girls to go down the slide one at a time were nice about it. Smores poolside. That was fun! I just wish it was more than one night! Wildlife. We saw deer, muskrats, bunnies, fireflies...all on site. Being a city girl, I was so excited! The negatives: No restaurant or bar on site. That would have been nice but it probably saved me lots of money as we actually cooked in the villa rather than order room service. Elevators could use an upgrade. They were slow and shook some. If you're heading to Branson, I recommend Hyatt Vacation Club at the Lodges at Timber Ridge. Dogwood and Honeysuckle are the newest buildings but I didn't hear any complaints from friends staying in the older buildings. Thank you for a great place to stay, Hyatt Vacation Club!

Disappointing Anniversary Trip Horrible anniversary trip night! Burned out light bulbs. Dirty floors. No bottled water available. We got no sleep because the people in the room next to us were up until early morning and then they took showers at 6:00 AM, talking so loudly it was as though they were in our room. Walls are paper thin. No handrails in the shower or next to the toilet. The television was not a Smart TV, just cable. For the amount of money we spent, we expected much more.

Anniversary Nightmare! My husband and I went there for our Anniversary and the A/C in the room wasn't working. They worked on it several times during our stay. Two different times water was pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom and we had contractors trying to stop the leaking. They kept taking all our towels to clean up the mess and our only option to switch rooms was a 4th floor room and the elevator wasn't working. No offer to compensate for all the disruptions and inconvenience from this location or anything from Corporate. This was our first stay at a Hyatt and have no plans to make this mistake again.
