The Suites at Fall Creek

Outdoor Pools closed all week Negative comments - Both outdoor pools were closed the entire week we were there. The indoor pool was open but it was ice cold and loud! The indoor hot tub felt warm but not hot. I didn’t enjoy it. You can rent dvd’s at the activity Center but no instructions are in the room telling you how to get the dvd player to work. Also, the elevator isn’t marked well so a lot of people don’t realize there is one and we were on the 4th floor. Good comments - The Activity Center is great! People were playing volleyball, it had a playground for toddlers, and we rented some rackets and clubs to play mini golf and tennis. Our room was very outdated BUT it was quiet, had a good view, the A/C worked wonderfully, and the beds were comfortable. Nothing was broken!

Great Location and overall stay The overall property was great! Great, quiet location. The pools needed some work while we were there but overall a great place.

Good Overall We came down with several other family members and friends to stay for 5 nights. I think everyone had some minor inconveniences with their rooms, AC not working, broken fixtures in units, missing items that some units had and others didn't, etc. Nothing was major and we still had a really good time. I think the hardest part of this property is you can be super far away from any of the amenities but you don't get to know until check in. We tried to request in advance to be near the main pool and playground area because our party had several small children, and instead we all ended up on the 4th floor of some of the farthest away properties. It was a 10 minute walk for the older kids, but we typically drove to and from the pools which was a serious bummer for trying to coordinate and convenience. The staff was not what I would consider "friendly" at check in or in the activity room, but some of them were very nice that I communicated with throughout the week. We probably would not stay here again personally, but the rooms were cleaned well and the beds comfortable, and we were able to get by and deal with the inconveniences we did encounter. The Mexican restaurant that is next to the property was awesome and staff was super friendly- great food and drinks! That was definitely a plus.

Not ready to be a Hilton Hilton purchased the property a while back, but in no way is it ready or up to Hilton's standards. The unit needs remodeled. We only had a studio unit, but the lockout units you can hear everything that happens in the unit adjoined. We could clearly hear normal conversations from the family staying in the 1 bedroom side of the unit. If you stay here only book a 2 bedroom so you don't have the issues with noise from the other room. In the room itself the couch and nightstand are ready for the dumpster and need replaced. We were disappointed and are unlikely to return since Branson has a lot of great options.

Suites at fall creek Room was spacious, but in dire need of upgrade. Refrigerator and coffee pot inop on arrival, maintenance staff didn't seem to know or care about problems - tried to repair refrigerator, and just said "see if it works now " and left. Still didn't work, had to call them back, and they just switched the refrigerator with another one from another unit - same with coffee pot - another used one from another unit.
