No longer The Welk... If you have no memory of what ONCE WAS, then this hotel was just fine - rooms were clean, beds were nice, location, all that. But, if you remember the WELK, and more important, the SPLASHATORIUM, then you will be disappointed with what remains. The condos on up the hill - The Lodges at Timber Ridge - or something like that - have severed themselves from the former Welk resort, took the splashatorium with them, and are physically DIVIDING the road that used to serve both hotel and condos. The BHH is left with an amputated driveway, and only their small, outdoor pool, and no longer - not even close - championship putt-putt. With a family excited and planning time at the Splashatorium as part of their vacation weekend stay, we left with nothing but memories of what the Welk once was. The cost: BHH - $140 for one room per night, LATR - $514 for 2-Bedroom villa

Worst place ever Don't go here they don't have water slide open won't tell u this save your money for white water the rooms don't look nothing like the pictures beware beware beware don't come here they won't refund your money either even on paying for cancelation

Kid-friendly Stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights. The hotel was extremely clean, and staff was super friendly. The pool hours aren’t the best (10a-10p) compared to other hotels. Room service wasn’t great either. Really weird times? We got back to the hotel around 4:30pm and they were just getting to our floor (4th floor), so our room didn’t get cleaned the entire stay. But we cleaned up our own room and put the garbage in the hallway for them to pick up. All in all, this was a great place to stay if you don’t mind the 10 minute drive to downtown Branson. Greatly priced as well compared to other locations.

Worst Experience Ever Worst experience ever hotel looks nothing like what it says on the website. Staff lazy . Our whole stay they did not clean room or give us clean towels . Called the front desk at the elevator no answer watch the staff stand by the phone talking . Pool was nasty and the golf course is trash no lights and the golf holes the balls will not fall because the pipes are not in the ground. I was not satisfied at all . My kids didn’t enjoy the stay at all . False advertisement and need to update pictures on google/website. The hotel across the street is a lot better . DONT BOOK HERE 0/10

Bad hotel will not come back again there The hotel management lie to customers … They don’t have water park pool any more. And there breakfast just poor nothing special .i mean they should upgrade their page .. they do have normal pool and it is ok … the sign said open 10am For pool we try to open the gate at 10:20 it locked when we talk to reception they said pool will open at 11:00am and for me I don’t mind but please change the sign that hang on pool door says open at 10:00 am
