Just passing through. Called location for a late check-in. Rooms were nice. Bed was very comfortable. Personnel friendly. Nice overnight stay. Close to I-85 for travel purpose. Nice enough to stay longer if needed. Would definitely stay again if up in this area.

Dishonest Staff I was promised a refund as I could not keep my reservation due to the recent hurricanes, I was advised they would refund my reservation but they did not. Instead, they fought back when I emailed & tried to dispute with my credit card company. I have been here previously and the hotel (more like a motel) smells absolutely horrible and is disgusting. If you can stay anywhere else, please do so! Update to this and their response that they would “look into it”, they are still refusing to refund the entire amount despite promising to do so.

Nice Place! Booked last minute while traveling. Very nice facility. ADA room was just right. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. I have no complaints. It had been a long weekend of traveling and after a long day of driving, a nice comfortable room isjust what the doctor ordered.

Affordable stay The wedding party stayed at Elan I stayed here and it was comfortable and reasonably priced. I would stay here again

If you want to go to Chateau Elan Winery this is the place to stay If you want to go to the winery it is right across the street and the cost is less expensive than they charge. At the present time getting around is hard because of the construction but you can get over it for the price. The grounds are clean and the service is great. The day we checked in we were told that we could not check in until 12pm. After a long flight and drive we arrived at 11:00am and they checked us in. The room are nice and comfortable. It is close to some things to do. Like a nature river walk near 1 mile away. It is a dirt path so were the right shoes. I did do a walk thru some of it and it was amazing. It is also close to several nice place to eat and is within walking distance to the local Publux.
