Exceptional The hotel is spacious, and clean with new decor. Aisha, the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel manager was also very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is also in a nice location accessible to several restaurants and a mall.

Awesome stay LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our stay. Everyone was super friendly and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were super spacious and really loved we had a kitchen. We ended up going to Trader Joe’s to pick up some food to make over the stove to save on dinners. We were there for a sports tournament and will be back next time we have to be in town.

Lovely landscape terrifying experiences Janelle Barlow said in a 1996 study: “A complaint is a gift. Customer complaints can give businesses a wake-up call.” But you can never wake a person who is feigning sleep. The complaint to Chase Suite Hotel Brea related to hotel group’s image and reputation, sense of services, communication skills, the very bad attitude which was really rude behaviors from this hotel leadership team have touched the Code of Conduct of the hotel group. From checking in on March 15th, 24 days stay in Chase Suite Hotel Brea, after we raise the complaint from May 2nd, 4 weeks have passed. To be frank, we haven’t yet received a sincere and candid apology till today. Living the Suite Life in Brea - full kitchen, king sized bed - Safe and Secure What more do I need to say? This is my home away from home in the O.C. The service is courteous, hard working and a joy to be around ... as long as you remember that they are real people that are doing everything they can to ensure that your stay is an experience that you will always fondly remember. Be positive! They are! And they can hardly wait to be of service to your every need. Kid you not... I spent a year and a half here, during the plandemic. They took very VERY good care of me and I will always stay here, if I have anything within a 50-mile radius from Brea...

Great Hospitality! Our UC Davis STUNT team had a tournament at Hope University scheduled for end of February. Estrella Cherry reached out to me to invite us to consider their hotel for our weekend stay. She worked with us and made the experience (especially check in) so easy! The onsite staff was so kind and helpful as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
