Nice hotel The Brea Embassy Suites is a great hotel, friendly staff, super location. I always stay here when I visit SoCal. However, the hotel is in need of a tune-up. The room I stayed in is showing age, entry door in poor shape, bathroom floor is in poor shape, caulking in poor condition, sink faucets work poorly. Hopefully this room was abused & not like others. I was on a Hilton board of management and am aware of Hilton’s high standards of refresh of facilities. The rest of the hotel is in very good shape.

First time Hilton stay! This was my first stay at a hotel in years and as my first Team Member stay of many. Prior to check-in date, the staff was helpful with all my questions including Devin, Rebecca, Sharai & Nadine. Enjoyed the breakfast and evening reception and will come back in the near future!

Favorite Hotel...so far Complementary breakfast was amazing. Rooms are super clean and staff was so friendly. Very comfortable beds. Pool was cold but probably perfect during the summer. Bar environment was very fun with karaoke. Loved every moment we were there. Did not want to leave.

Parking is $10 per day Parking is $10 per day. Trip advisor is wrong. Hotel staff are great Breakfast is good. Manager's reception is a bonus. Rooms (suites) are spacious. Average cleanliness for a hotel. Room service is available and the food is good. Overall a very nice stay.

Excellent Staff This Embassy Suites is an excellent place to stay. Our house was undergoing extensive repairs due to water damage. Starting with our rooms, they were always clean and well stocked with fresh towels and clean linen. Next, morning breakfast was always hot and delicious. Maria and Rosa make the best omelettes! Followed by the evening’s happy hour was wonderful way to end the work day. Tonia makes the best drinks! Also the front desk staff Allen, Devin, Desiree and Raena were always professional and kind. Honorable Mention goes to Raena. After running errands one day, I arrived at the hotel and my cat was gone. Raena went out of her way to search for my cat. She went floor to floor looking for her; even checked the fire escape. After over 2 hours of searching, we finally found her stuck between the box spring and mattress in my room. Thank you Raena. Embassy Suites made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
