AVOID IF YOU CAN!! Don’t write many reviews but had toin this case- this place SUCKS!! From the front desk staff ( gave me a room then switched it out last minute), to the restaurant ( waitress lied then tried to scam us- she actually changed the amount of the tip we left!) to the actual property ( old and dingy) - they’re trying to remodel it but a pig with make-up on is still a pig! If you can afford to stay ANYWHERE else in Breck - do so!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We arrived for our check in and the front desk said they had an issue and had to close some rooms down for maintenance so they were “upgrading me.” They checked us in and took our deposit/parking fee. We took the keys to our room (which takes forever because you have to go up 2 different elevators) and when we got in there we found another family was already staying in that room! I was shocked that they didn’t have a safety/security system in place to ensure something like this never happens! Mortified, we went back down the 2 elevators to the front desk which literally takes about 10 mins. Long story short - when we got back down to the front desk they were extremely apologetic but said they didn’t have another room for us. They assured me I would be refunded since I had obviously already paid for this months in advance. Well, I never did get a refund and this has been 3 weeks. The 3rd party booking company says they never received anything from the hotel requesting this refund. I’ve disputed this with everyone I know to and keep getting the run around and hearing that it is someone else’s responsibility. Hilton has basically said this isn’t their problem. So, beware that this hotel is very poorly run. We were with a group of friends and the ones that stayed there said it was horrible. Their room was dirty and the elevator situation is pure hell if you are trying to get out during the hours people ski. One of the workers told us they were under remodel and short staffed. They honestly should have just closed it down. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a hotel.

You get what you pay for, but in this case you may get a little more. Yes, the place is under serious construction. Yes, the rooms are old and bathrooms are small. Yes, you may have to wait to for housekeeping and yes, there are exposed pipes, wires, and beams ALMOST everywhere. However. . . . We enjoyed our stay here. We traveled the last of February 2024. Our room was ready when we arrived. The lobby, restaurant, and bar are completely remodeled and gorgeous. Breakfast was good. THE BEST PART: Peak 9 ski lift is literally across the street! Perfect location. Our rooms was old, but beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and bathroom was clean. Also, the rooms are HUGE! The biggest inconvenience was that we had to take 2 tiny elevators through dingy hallways to get to our rooms. But again, they are working on renovating. Front desk was nice and friendly. Bellmen and restaurant staff were great. Hotel is also on the bus line with a stop less than 100 feet away. If you want luxury, then don't stay here . . . . now. But if you want convenience, this is a decent spot. AND, but the end of the year, the hotel will be gorgeous and rates will go through the roof.

Location, Location, Location The property is still being renovated, but the location right next door to Beaver Run is excellent. Plus, you can easily walk down into town. If you can overlook the renovation elements, then this is a great place to spend your trip. The place has A LOT of potential and will be a superior hotel after the renovations are complete (Hilton Grand Vacations is right next door, too). Pro: -New ski chalet is very nice -Bar/restaurant are great; service is friendly renovated decor is tasteful and a much needed upgrade; food was tasty (get the chili) -Check-in staff were great (nearly everyone was eager to serve and friendly) -Pet friendly! -5min walk to a lift! -Parking was secure and not an issue -Water pressure, heat Cons: -Rooms need total renovations (tv, bedding, beds, towels, bathroom, furniture, etc. -Elevators connecting to higher floors about the 6th floor; elevators are sometimes slow (use the stairs) -Walls are a bit thin -Construction site (A lot going if you can’t overlook/ignore it) Overall, I’d stay again given the pros and LOCATION.

Overall great experience Room was very nice and comfortable however due to construction you had to walk a ways to a very small elevator. The pool/hottub was closed and so was the gym.... On another note, this place was a 5 minute walk to the nearest ski lift and the same to downtown....great location.
