10 star stay at Kent's 4604 Unit We recently stayed at Kent's 4604 Unit and we had an absolute blast of a stay! Ken't place was extremely clean, comfortable with everything you could possibly need as far as amenities go. Check-in and parking was a breeze. We actually didn't even need to drive anywhere the whole long weekend as the property is perfectly centrally located to everything to see in Breckenridge, so we walked everywhere! The mountain views from the unit were also incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed using the fitness center downstairs as well as the huge firepit and indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub areas! This is one of the best short term rentals you will find in this area and we will definitely be back! We would give 10 stars if we could!! Thanks again for hosting us, Kent!

Terrible Property This was an absolutely terrible property. We booked a 2 bedroom PREMIER Unit. It was horrible-very outdated and worn decor/furniture. Lights not working in areas/bathrooms very small and outdated. “Curtains” over windows/door areas falling off rods……..everything definitely not Premier status. Only positive thing was Sonia at the Front Desk-she tried very hard !!

Great accommodations! This is my second time staying at the Village at Breckenridge. Both times have been good experiences. The second time we booked through AirBnb and the place we rented looked exactly like the pictures. We loaded an app on our phones and drove directly to the garage and went directly to our rented condominium. There was an art festival happening right outside the door, pool and hot tubs were great, close to Main Street and plenty of hiking right out the back of our building. This would be a great place to stay in the winter.

Not worth price paid for staying here The only positive for this property is location, and water pressure for shower. Property is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Everything else is plain terrible. When receiving pre-welcome e-mail, it would been nice to explain that you need to use room key to activate elevator. Every day during my stay had to keys reprogrammed. Didn't receive housekeeping during entire stay. Needs to have an area rug put in 4503. The hardwood floors would be a slip hazard in the winter. Staff was fine in most interactions during my stay with exception of check out. At checkout explained several things that I never seen before and guess was assistant general manager was extremely unprofessional, didn't care about my comments and think I was an idiot especially about front desk staff not being there 24/7. In addition, I wanted to pay cash for couple market items that was unacceptable and said that do I read signs. thinking that I was a dumb and stupid customer. As of writing this review I haven't receive a copy of my receipt. I have e-mailed two times since arriving home and haven't receive any response. I really thought this would be like a Residence Inn, however, on a higher level. Especially the price that I paid for staying here. However, based on my experiences I didn't receive the value of my money for staying here and go stay somewhere else and avoid this dump of establishment.

Horrible front desk staff The front desk staff is not helpful or friendly. Need to hire better people. Great location. Close to everything so you really don’t need a car. Amenities are new and nice. This is the best location if you want to be in town and close to everything.
