Not so great I booked a room here for 2 nights right after Christmas, with 2 queen beds. The hotel is located right next to a large parking garage and is a ways off the main road, a little confusing to find if you are not paying close attention. The front desk agent was very friendly and helpful. The room seemed cramped and did not have any carpeting at all, which I suppose makes it easier to keep clean. The corridors are confusing and it is easy to get lost if you are not paying attention to directions. There was a door to the outside very close to my room and was kept unlocked, so I did not think the place was very concerned about security since anoyone could walk into the place. The parking lot was very dark and not lit very well. The breakfast was decent and tasted good. Overall I would not stay here again because I do not feel very safe here with a lack of security and not being close to the main road. The price was very good, but cutting back on security did not give me peace of mind.

Could not be worst Drove around for 30. Minutes trying to find the hotel. Called the number on my reservation and got a phone mail Box not set up, at a hotel? Called Best Western and was directed to another hotel. Finally found the hotel. No lights. Crime scene tape at the door and a red tag do not occupy. Gas leak. Really. Best Western neither called, emailed or texted that the h had an issue. Really? The person at BW 800 could not tell me there was a problem? Turns out the owner had tried to disconnect cO2 detectors. They were off the charts. The city shut them down. I have liked the BW brand for a long time but this is too much. Ended up at Crown Plaza. Not so great but at Least we may not die.

Unsafe/Sketchy We stayed one night, due to our flight being cancelled. Stay was ok. But there was trash under the beds. After our flight was cancelled a second time, we booked another night. Upon returning to our room after an Afternoon out, we were greeted by the fire department and police department informing us that the hotel was being shut down due to a carbon monoxide leak. The owner/manager was hesitant to give me a refund, finally did after much persuading from a fire chief. U would really do some serious research before booking here.

Sure (Not) Stay Night desk clerk was friendly on the phone & in person. We called the hotel 2 times hoping to get driving directions and/or landmarks from St. Louis, Mo (Lambert Field) airport to find this hotel. Both times this desk clerk was not able to help; our GPS was confused too. Same desk clerk couldn’t give us clear directions to our room; it was a rabbit warren to any of the rooms. My sister & I returned to the lobby for help. The wonderful & very kind night shuttle driver rescued & escorted us, via dirty & smelly hallways through a laundry room to our “updated” low standard of “clean” room; later he took us to/from a Mexican restaurant. We told him the hotel hallways and parking area behind the hotel are scary; we felt unsafe. After dinner the shuttle driver drove us to our rental car (parked behind the hotel per suggestion of desk clerk), waited for us to move our rental car closer to a working security door into the hotel, gave us directions to find our room from that door and waited for us to get safely inside. The hot breakfast was OK; we didn’t see an attendant for this area. Upon arriving to our destination I immediately cancelled reservations I had made for Mom at this hotel; it would have been “elder abuse” to have her stay there. I do not recommend this hotel.
