Shuttle Service & Breakfast Buffet Remain Top-Notch This hotel's late shuttle hours are perfect for those with a late flight arrival, like me. Very friendly drivers, too. On these occasions where I arrive after the rental car service has closed for the day, they have always been happy to take me on the shuttle the next morning and drop me off to pick up my car. They have the best breakfast buffet in the area - high quality and a good variety of selections. Yes, you will notice some areas that need a facelift, but the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. I've always received excellent service, from everyone. I highly recommend this Crowne Plaza. This is not a first-time review, as I've stayed here many times before. And, I will certainly stay here again.

Park and Fly Room was nice, spacious and comfortable bed. Bathroom was adequate. Does not have a typical front desk. It’s two desks along the wall. Three elevators, which was convenient. The location is okay, and they offer the park and fly, which is why we chose this hotel. But, the outside of the hotel is dirty, which gives it lackluster appearance and no curb appeal

This place is only looks We came in and our room was not only dirty with stain in it but our soap dispenser was falling off the wall, the staff was not friendly and never had a smile on their face except the cleaning ladies and repair man, they where the only staff that gave us a smile and a nice conversation our entire trip. the beds where comfortable and our sleep was quite. We woke up to get breakfast and noticed instantly how dirty the dishes were and how low quality the food was it was almost cold! this place is only looks we do not recomend.

No shuttle. Stranded at the airport. Arrived at St Louis airport and called the hotel to get their shuttle as we had stayed and parked at their hotel. After several in answered calls got a person telling me that they were not offering a shuttle at this time because abuse they had no drivers. They suggested I call an Uber and they might reimburse me. We did call Uber got to hotel and got our car. Will never recommend this hotel.

Smoking at the Front Entrance We have stayed here multiple times throughout the year….. However—-Really really sad!! I held this place to a higher standard and felt like they cared about their IHG reputation and policies- and therefor their clients/customers. I couldn’t take sitting and waiting outside for all the marajuana smoking nor could my husband. Then got ridiculed by these kids. Is this turning into an unsafe environment _ our - the society has no consciousness.
