Clean and comfortable property This was a welcomed stop after tolerating a great deal of traffic driving through CT. The location, with adequate free parking is good and there are restaurants and stores nearby. The private and public areas were both very clean. We were very happy with the updated and comfortable sleeping area and bathroom. The restaurant was open with a limited menu but we found it to be adequate as we did not care to drive off-property once there. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet seemed price at $22 per person so we took advantage of the offerings at the Starbucks coffee spot at the bar. The concierge lounge was not open due to their pandemic protocols.

Buyer beware The room is excellent. I was given an upgrade to a “Executive King” and it was a great room. Basically the size of two standard rooms with a great work area and plenty of good lighting. The room renovations worked out well. Bar was solid and we had great service from Steve and the team. Very limited food menu however so be prepared to eat out. Speaking of that, I must admit that I was very unhappily surprised to find out that the Concierge Lounge was closed for renovation and the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast except on the weekends. While there are plenty of dinner options within walking distance, not the same for breakfast. If you decide to stay here, be aware that this hotel in not operating at 100% and make your plans accordingly.

A Winner! I stayed here one night to attend a wedding the next day. I had a king room. It was large and very attractive. There was a long credenza under the TV -- lots of room for stuff. The best part of the room was the lounging sofa by the window which had a floor lamp behind it. It was perfect for reading or watching TV. The bathroom was beautiful. The shower was excellent and the vanity spanned the length of the bathroom. Again, lots of room for your stuff. My only small complaint was that the lighting in the bathroom was not adequate for putting on make-up. I had to go by the window. I had asked for a late checkout and that was not a problem. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. And, one of the best things about the hotel -- it was a 10 minute walk to Bridgewater Commons Mall. .

Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean This Marriott is a very clean establishment that appears to be going above and beyond for Covid safety. Conveniently located near the Bridgewater Commons Mall and restaurants. Easy to access from the highway. Rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture.

Excellent Sports Bar ❤️ My boyfriend Chirs and I had a great night watching the Rugby match between Scotland and England. Not to mention that we were indeed happy cos Scotland won the match.Green TV is huge and the place is cozy. We are very relaxed while watching the game. Most especially the staff are helpful, very accommodating and a quick service. I would like to commend Jan Carlos, Juvaraj and Lea for giving us an excellent service last night. We will definitely come back to this place and a must recommend place to stay for a sports bar __ Great job Bridgewater Tavern!
