Anniversary/Birthday debacle Experience at this resort was terrible. Facility is old and need a facelift. Only one elevator works and it is old and slow. I booked a one bedroom. The unit is not much larger than a studio. The stove is old. The stove top uses coils that are not level. The oven door slams shut because the spring is gone. The dishwasher is also old. The tray comes of the track when loading and unloading the dishwasher and the tray that holds the knives and forks is rotting so the knives and forks fall through and get caught in the bottom. The water in the kitchen sink recedes slowly. There must be come blockage.

A perfect location Absolutely a perfect location for beautiful views of Atlantic City, the Island, and of course, the ocean and beach! The historic hotel was wonderful, and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL! Thank you for a perfect, relaxing stay.

wonderful stay Staff was amazing and attentive, check in process went smoothly, beachfront property with beautiful views, pool definitely needs updating, close to shopping and restaurants

Such a shame..... Sorely in need of renovation. The entry is lovely, has a 1930s vibe. Then when you go into the main tower & rooms it looks like the place hasn't been renovated or cleaned since the 1930s & takes on a tower of terror vibe. Room was unbelievably tiny, dank & just gross. Now the restaurant outside has been upgraded & is nice, bars, decent food but the rent out lounges on live music nights for $500!!! It's absolutely ridiculous. Such a shame too, because the location is fantastic, right on a beautiful stretch of beach. Will never, ever go back & do not recommend at all.

unsatisfied I was very disappointed this time I was there from January 31 -february 7 and I was put in ph-h that room was none suitable there was a big hole under the bathroom sink that someone try to patch up but did a horrible job it still had a hole that a mouse kept going in and out of the bedroom the ceiling was coming down due to the rain and the wall were the air conditioner is on was chipping it was all on the floor after 1 day of being there I had to complain I'm a cancer survivor and it was becoming too much for me especially at night inhaling all that they send up a maintenance guy and he even said that room should not of been rented out so I was wondering if there's any compensation that can be given I had been there once before and had a great time but this time was not a good one.
