Horrible Check In - Incompetence This is my second absolutely horrific check-in experience with this hotel. Management can’t get the reservation information straight apparently and front desk is powerless without calling daddy. They had me down for two rooms when I could clearly show them on my phone that I only reserved one room. After much argument they were ‘so kind’ to waive charging me the second room. Unreal. This is last time I will ever stay here. I will be a lifetime Diamond next year and I can say that this is the ONLY Hilton property with consistently horrible front desk/reservation management. Horrible.

Amazing hotel stay The staff here is so kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable! From Stan at the front desk when we arrived, who answered my call each time I called to say we would be arriving later, to Kevin in the restaurant who was so friendly and helpful, to Anna, also in the restaurant, who guided our choices perfectly!! Our rooms were perfect. The food was great and those warm cookies are the bomb!! Thank you all!!

Daisy made our day so great by being so wonderful Daisy the AMAZING cleaning lady has such a kind heart and is a wonderful soul. She was so friendly and awesome and takes great pride in keeping this hotel in wonderful shape for the guests. Thank you to Daisy for making my day brighter and I am so glad the hotel has hired such an asset to their staff!

Business Trip Outstanding accommodation. Great hospitality - front desk, breakfast staff [Nancy, Lara, and Kevin], and others throughout the hotel. Near ESPN with easy on/off RT 84. Great room service with accommodations for everything everyday when asked. Good food and room service.

Beware of the pool and jacuzzi! Beautiful hotel, but my child and I left with an infection after a dip in the pool. A great choice as long as you aren't looking to swim in the pool or soak in the jacuzzi. If we didn't book this hotel specifically for the pool or if management were more cooperative and understanding about the situation I would ve left a higher rating. Unfortunately, they dismissed my complaint while I had proof we didn't have any issues prior to swimming here.
