Unquestionably the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in, after decades of traveling all over the US. I used to live in Plymouth, MN and was familiar with this property from the time it was built, maybe 20 years ago. It was beautiful. When I walked into the lobby, it was very dirty and there was no one at the desk. A few minutes later, a woman appeared, wearing an old cut off sweatshirt - she was quite overweight and her appearance was most unprofessional. She did nothing for me. Then a younger gentleman appeared and, against my better judgement, I let him check me in. The lobby was dirty and just needed lots of maintenance - when I got to my room on the 8th floor, there was an old dirty black ball cap in the middle of my bed. Unbelievable! (BTW, I have a photo, but cannot see how to upload it here.) There was also an open large trash can in the hallway, just off the elevator - very bad odors throughout the property. I of course went back to the desk and cancelled my room. This place is your basic nightmare. No one from the Radisson franchise group has been here in years, otherwise it would have been cleaned up. Do yourself a favor, and stay as far away as you can.

Dump The Radisson Brooklyn Center is a dump. Horrible customer service. Worn out appearance. Ripped towels with holes. Blood stain in elevator for 2 days during COVID. No trash bin. No light bulbs. No remote control. N an attendant was never present in the front desk. I’ve complained endlessly with no results or retuned concerns. Never again will I stay at a Radisson.

DO NOT STAY!! DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS BEING USED AS A HOMELESS SHELTER!!!!! Upon arrival you will find the front desk duct taped together. Then the front desk advises us that the restaurant, fitness center, pool, etc are all closed. Then goes on further to explain that they are currently using the hotel as a homeless shelter and the only decent rooms are on the 10th & 11th floors (we were put on the 11th floor). We had a child with us and were told to keep him close as there had been a shooting the night before and while the police had "swept" the hotel they were unable to locate the shooter!!! Once we got to the room it was onky 1 queen with a dirty pull out couch. The bed was clean and we didint find any bugs but the pull out was disgusting! The carpeting is stained and gross and the halls smell terrible. I cannit stress enough DO NOT make the mistake we did and stay here... The Radisson has gone down hill!!!! TERRIBLE!!

AVOID This attempt at providing a safe clean place for travelers needs some serious fine tuning. I really hate to be writing a bad review but this Radisson needs to be renamed Ratchet. The front desk clerks were rude and just wasn’t any help..

King Suite stay New furniture needed they had stains on them carpet need cleaning & wallpaper was peeling also the toilet had some black spots on it. It also seems like they was a bunch of homeless people staying there
